Boulder Movement Singapore
Boulder Movement Singapore
Welcome to Boulder Movement! We believe that rock climbing is accessible to everyone.
We started out being the first bouldering gym in Singapore’s CBD district with the aim of giving working professionals the convenience of grabbing a climb during lunch, or after a workday. We have seen our community of climbers grow, both in numbers and in strength.
Most recently, we’ve added a brand new bouldering gym in Tai Seng, the north-eastern part of Singapore, to increase the accessibility and convenience for climbers to be able to climb closer to their homes/offices outside the CBD.

Crimps are just my favourite!
Just started recently, thanks for the video 😊 very informative 😊
Thanks for sharing ! 🙌🙌🙌
Where’s the link for the crimp tips ?
Loved the info and the passion!!!
It is called an edge. Crimp is the way to hold it.
Rule 1: copy monkeys. Rule2: refer to rule 1
Thanks guys, this was really useful. I struggle with pockets 😅
Yesss crimps ❤❤❤
I like the energy of you all! brilliant content and editing as well. Thanks :)
I've been climbing like 4 times now and this makes me feel much more informed about the holds I've heard people mentioning
I'm not French, therefore I don't say "allez". I don't see the point of doing it if I'm not French myself.
There's no point in doing anything.
@@papabird4425 there's definitely a point in speaking a language you both use.
@Ramon314 I meant an ultimate point. You're referring to something very superficial and transitory. Nothing really "means" anything, nor is there any inherent value. Thank you for coming to my philosophy Ted Talk 😀
Thank you so much, I enjoy bouldering, it’s great exercise and also a great atmosphere.
They are like TwoSetViolin but rock Climbing.
I can 100% agree with every point in this great video! I've been climbing for year and have absolutely loved the community and the sport itself but I'll always continue learning
You had me at, “tiny chips of pure evil” - seriously, I’m a fan for life starting today
Hueco is a spanish word. You don't pronounce the H here. Hueco
0:29 hilarious. I just realized how small this channel is but the info is just so easy to digest and put into practice compared to big climbing channels
Great video, this was really helpful for me as I'm just getting started with bouldering and indoor climbing
Wow amazing motivation 💪
Pockets my fav. Crimps the worst 😢
Modesty is subjective. Wear a shirt if you want to. Its as simple as that.
Helpful, thank you
i was climbing nearly at my ending point and the wall was quite slim. and a small kid went on my wall just as i was trying to get down.his legs started to give out cause i couldn't move but he didnt want to get down
This was so helpful!! Thank you so much! This was especially useful for me as i started climbing about 3 months ago. I immediately had better luck with the routes i could barely start before🎉
Love the energy you two have!
nahhh never keep your tee on
Yas queen like slay girl
Nice video!
What if your ring finger and index finger are the same length?
Love the video! If you make another one it might be a good idea to mention that people should not wear their climbing shoes in the bathroom so that the walls stay clean I had a friend walk in there with his rentals on once without thinking about it, after all we don’t think about changing shoes when using the restroom in our daily lives, so it’s a good idea to make people aware of it for the climbing gym
Super helpful as a refresher! Just started climbing and it’s very useful to have such clear outlines. Thank you
Helpful videos! Although you couldn’t pay me 10 million dollars to permanently move to singapore😂
Hueco is space in spanish, and mono is monkey in spanish lol
I just started bouldering last week. This video is super helpful. Thank you!
Wow i stubbled onto your channel, great content and nice energy. keep up the good work. I started rock climbing recently by attending rock climbing school for sport , lead and trad climbing. But since i would like to do indoor climbing once or twice per week for practicing and improve my movement, for my rock climbing weekends, i find this video very educational :)
Thank you both so so much for this video! This is a perfect breakdown on what to do for specific holds. Every new climber should check out this video!
How to hold them How to fold them How to walk away without a serious injury or a twisted ankle 😵💫😭😵
Practice falling! Start from a low height and slowly go up further 😊
I'm your biggest fan.
I'm new to climbing and to be honest the shorts rule is a bit ridiculous... Why should I cover my knees and be "modest" I'm not going to a mosque, I'm going to exert physical effort. Leave me alone 😂
"tiny chips of pure evil" :D Ahaha, great video!
Just started climbing, your tutorials are fantastic
I’m very new to rock climbing so I like the jugs a lot but I’m also exited to learn and get better with all the other holds me and my friend were just at our local gym and we’re having a ton of fun trying to figure out how to hold all the different holds, this was very useful thanks
New to climbing I got the beta7 app and I'm wondering what the styles are. There is alot of them and I was wondering what they mean
"Spraying " is bragging about yourself. A lot of beta is spraying!
Amazing guys. Just started climbing, this is really helpful.
That’s funny because “tiny chips of pure evil” was my nickname in high school
I’m a beginner climbing indoors for about 3 months and this was helpful to get the climbing language down so when I’m talking w other climbers I understand what they are saying and how to respond! at the moment I’m starting to really like crimps!
Happy climbing 😊
Thank you. I’m a new climber. I’m currently at 7a+ but I’m getting better
I just went to my first indoor rock climbing gym with friends. I've never climbed before, so I learned a lot very fast. I was able to get to a tough V1 with what I now know as a crimp I couldn't manage. I'll be back in the gym next week now that I know what to do!
