Dimebag Approves !
🤘🤘
Sounds awesome 👌
Sounds a kids kit from fisher price but ya just put reqly heads on it lol
I dunno if reqly heads would help
@BlackBridgeSound if a typo stops you from saying something intelligent that says WAY more about you than me😂
Too much room
Great for mic separation!
Horrible mix as well lol
@@BlackBridgeSoundas it bleeds this bad in the mix???
All drums bleed into all other drums mics always
@BlackBridgeSound no shit but if you know what your doing not NEAR this bad😂 Want a better mix? Change the drum tone lol
Super greasy setup
Sure is
Nice tuning and gorgeous drum both in sound and look.
Nice job bud! I wish i wouldve played more bass when i was younger had a 5 string cort jazz bass, Thing was mint but after high school didnt touch it much.
Never too late to start givin er again!
@@BlackBridgeSound Agreed my man you are right about that great vid btw! Thanks for the reply.
Can you take the double tom mount that comes with the shell pack and just put it on a cymbal stand?
I don’t think so, you can get a mount that clamps to a cymbal stand though and clamps to Tom mounts to put them on a cymbal stand though
Oui mais avec des Marshall ce qui provoque un son superbe avec de beaux amplificateurs à lampe comme ceux la il n’y a pas photo ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Weird. All the unmixed clips just sound like overhead and/or room mics. Great vid!!!
A little eq and compression definitely go a long way!
There the same circuits . 🤦
Why do they sound different then bud?
Can you do tama pancake?
If we can get our hands on one for sure!
@@BlackBridgeSound that's really nice, cuz im trying to buy one because i like smaller kit but most of my bandmates like metal (i like 4 pieces cuz im insecure if there's to many tom but I don't know how to use it🥲🥲)
Hi I know this is an older video, but there's two mini switches inside the the krankenstein that switches them to Rev 1 values (REV/DIME switches). I believe the Rev has the same switches as well. Is it possible to do a shootout of the Krankenstein with the Rev 1 setting vs the actual Rev 1 and vice versa? You might want to consult a tech first just in case, but I don't think anybody else has ever done that comparison.
I am aware of the switches you’re talking about but never bothered touching them or really looking up what’s involved to make the switch, that’s a cool concept for a video though I’ll definitely look into that!
When you've got spare time between scene's filming Lord of the Rings.
One rig to rule them all
It did
I want one.
Greasy
Why’s there two harmonics at once??
Multiple harmonic Divebomb
Thanks for the clip with the drums. It gives an indication how loud it actually is 👍🏻
Ronnie drumleman
Light drums baybay!
I love you both
I was debating getting a pair of 240s for drum overheads, but this confirms what I was afraid of - the 240 really has a noticeable treble boost that makes the cymbals ping too much. The 440 sounded much better in that regard. Thank you for this demo, as most other videos concentrate on voiceovers. Rock n Roll.
The 240 is a great mic for the price, and out performs everything in that range I’ve tried! We’ve been using a pair of AKG c214 mics as overheads recently and I’m really digging them, they can be scooped up used for pretty decent prices. If you’re interested in more this video we use 3 of the 240s as overheads and no close mics: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dZ970ZJ9aJixfs4.htmlsi=pxrZN0m38cgPtY2j And this is close mic everything but with a pair of AKG C214 as overheads: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k4tmq8yzl9vLgaQ.htmlsi=5V_KYHQUi9UhtiEj
@@BlackBridgeSound Great stuff! All very helpful information. Thanks for the Reply!
I love cranking my dog
How much do they cost?
Depends how much someone’s asking I guess, they’re out of business and this is the only one I’ve ever seen come up for sale so far
This looks like a guitar Steve Vai would have played or should have played in the videos from the "Eat 'Em and Smile" album.
Cemetery gates vibes
Gaaaaaaatesssss
Greasy shart master shirt
Thought there would be 2 guitars 🎸 being played through the amp at the same time
I feel like I tried this once as a kid with an amp with a high and low input and the results were it really didn’t work well 😂
Lots of tonal possibilities demonstrated there. Both of you got a solid gig-worthy tone dialed in, with little apparent effort. Sweet! Doubtless, the Tone Arranger could have tweaked it even greasier, but hey... If I was looking for a large toob unit for stage and studio, that critter would be at the top of my list...
The tone arranger might have brought in a little something to spice it up 😉
I think the Dime amplification head does it all better.
Who even makes those? I’ve always assumed they’re some sort of made in china cash grab type product and always overlooked them.
@BlackBridgeSound dean guitars actually made them. It uses the same circuit as the randall rg 100
Greasy if it’s actually the same circuit. I’ve got an rg80es which is supposed to be the same circuit as the rg100es just a lower wattage, those are pretty greasy amps.
Great review! Great discussion! That thing sounds like shit!
Glizzy guitar is crazy
She’s purdy
What is the cost for the Krankinstien?
Hard to say, I’ve only ever seen this one come up for sale
gaaaayyyyyy
Takes one to know one
Hey guys , Just got one but I'm using Android Samsung mobile, can you give us any info about how it works with Android or if it even does Google Play says this mobile is compatible ?? Cheers fellas.
I’m an IPhone user so I can’t reply help you there. I have seen some people having trouble with Android and the Ead10 on the Ead10 Facebook group maybe if you checked that out someone would be able to help
Greaserhan

Great kit - great sound*
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Great vid!!
I had one...Absolutely loved it..Took it to a gig and someone dropped it out the van and put it out of round..Never sounded the same..Had to sell it..Would love another..Beautiful drum..
Oh man that sucks. They are such great drums and hard to find now. Such a shame
Fuck yea
Looks like we might have a pair of idiots here who don't know how to hook up a bass guitar amp.
You should probably see some of the gear we’ve got kicking around then reassess how dumb of a statement you made 🤡
A comprehensive demonstration, I bought a Cahoun from The Acoustic Room in Hamilton a couple of years back and have had some fun with it. would love to do some drumming and/or acoustic guitar playing with something like this.
They all sound good probably tuning and mixing
Have you watched the video of the eleven year old Irish kid playing it? kzread.info/dash/bejne/nqSOo8qGdc3YqNo.html
Sounds killer with some basic chops, creative microphone placement, and that bit of reverb sprinkled about. Winna, winna, greasy chicken dinna ...
Lil Swiss Chalet prize 🐓🍗
hey man I'm playing for years I can't find a good microphone to record my playing, that sounds perfect what mic are you using?
On the front side a Lewitt MTP 440 DM which is very similar to an SM57 if you’ve already got one laying around. On the back side an AKG C214. The AKG mics I’ve seen used at pretty affordable prices locally! Just remember to flip the phase on one of the mics if you do it this way and set them about an equal distance on each side from the skin. I also chose to EQ a bit in post with a bump in the low end, a fairly wide cut in the mids, and a bump in the high end like I would normally do to a rack Tom on a kit and added a little compression and reverb.
@@BlackBridgeSound thanks man 👍
Party on Garth 😂
What size are the dream contact hi hats?
13”
@@BlackBridgeSound I really like those contact hi hats that I've tried especially the 15".
@@NEALBABBITT They've definitely got some great stuff!
