  I had singles 3 months ago. Also CA and Lupus. Now for 3 months i can not eat well. Now a day back i got sorte of a goal bladder attack? The worst at al. I suffer severe pain at the moment. Please what can a do about this? The singles on my left side attack the breast with severe pain. I am already 4 weeks mostly in bed. I also got a goal attack yesterday, i can not eat and only drink water. The pain is really severe spesiaal in my breast. That to do in this case? I am 68 female. Thank you. I was on antibiotics and sl 4 pain killers.

  I just got over it. Had it on the back of my head down the right side of my neck. It was Horrible. Felt like i was getting stung by wasps for a hour straight and the worst stiff neck ever and only flared up at night

  I have had both chicken pox and shingles of the inner ear, plus I got both Shingrix shots. I still have recurring bouts of Ramsay Hunt shingles, plus the doctors took MONTHS to finally give me a diagnosis and proper treatment, but of course by then so much neurological damage was done to C.N. 5, 7, 8, & 10. Hearing loss, tinnitus, facial palsy and spasms, plus intermittent vertigo, and dysautonomia. The public needs to realize that vaccines only help your immune system recognize and help you fight the virus, but it doesn't kill the virus. Zoster virus stays in your CNS (as long as you've had chicken pox) for the rest of your life.

  I too am going thru a shingles outbreak right now at 70 years of age. My blisters started on the inside of my left arm on several areas just below my elbow through to my wrist which hardly hurt, but most of my pain, which is a burning pain, is on my left chest where no blisters are apparent. I am currently on three medications, Acyclovir, an antiviral, Prednisone, a steroid and a topical cream. So far I am in my 5th day and the blisters are starting to dry up. Hoping this pain does not last as long as others are saying since I already have long term chronic pain issues.

  I got in in 1979, when I was 27 years old. Lasted 2 months the bad phase and the nerve pain and numbness in my left shoulder lasted 30 years. No treatment in those days. One night my husband actually pulled me back from the balcony as I was going to throw myself off. I just couldn't stand the pain anymore. My doctor, close to retirement, said it was the worst case he had seen in all all life. Will never ever forget it. It is so common that anything that can be done to prevent it or mitigate the symptoms is great. Thank goodness there have been improvements in the 45 years since I got it.

  I’m so sorry you had to go through that. I am going through that right now. I find if I eat meat like red meat or even a lot of other foods that set off the burning worse I mean there’s no really relief but I find and I’m hungry and losing weight so I have a burger And next thing I know I’m paying for the price so it must be in the meat. I’m thinking burning just gets worse.
