  You know this would have gotten a lot more likes if you mentioned that this is in the old Hoover building in Perivale, its got a lot of interesting history and they used to light it up green at night, not sure if they still do that though.

  Ngl £1700 per month (split) with a modern flat, with all those incredible amenities and parking is extremely good value for money. And I’m sure it’s in a great part of London too. However £3,400 per month excluding bills if he was living by himself would be a mazza. Hope you always have a great flatmate Ben!
