I was living in a house and the lady upstairs had a studio within the house and she was paying 1.5k, the price for an entire flat is a BARGIN.

I know that London is as expensive as Manhattan, and for that price this is a real bargain! The rooms are large and the kitchen and bathroom look newly renovated. I'm impressed that you have a washer/dryer! If you aren't too far from a Tube station it's just about perfect. I might miss not having a view out the windows, but that's minor. I think you're off to a good start in London!

He still has to pay council tax each month and energy bills. Hes in a neglected part of West London in the old Hoover building. Theres very limited bus and tube links, the nearest tube station is Perivale and it only runs the central line. If that breaks down or goes on strike then you have to use one of the 2 available bus routes to get to a neighbouring town to get to better transport links. Also this apartment is opposite a very loud motorway, thats probably why the windows dont open. I dont think its such a bargain.

Well, 20 mins west would get you to roughly Acton and east roughly Layton. I have lived fairly close to both and it's 'affordable' compared to most places in Zone 2/3.

I like how he didn’t miss anything out and go to fast cause that’s what normal KZreadrs do

Well chosen, Ben. All the right amenities and a fascinating nontraditional arrangement of rooms. You do want a really comfy sofa, though. Relaxation and napping somehow are better on a generous sofa than on the bed where you sleep at night. Given a choice somehow I'd take the sofa and cozy throw over the formal bedroom for a really refreshing sleep.

This is such an amazing apartment 😍😍

This is Zone 4 in London, Hoover Building Perivale that’s why it’s £1250 (plus council tax? another £100+ easily and bills) But it’s literally quite far out, nothing around you apart from a big Tesco, it’s on a motorway, closest underground is a 10min walk, if it goes down your fucked, in total around 35mins door to door to get to Oxford Circus station. Nice apartment and tour 😄 but honestly better to live with 2 others in zone 2 and be in London for less than that plus bills and council tax split between more people I think.

Bro literally make WHATEVER you want on this channel. It will keep you happy and motivated

I love your flat. I have my own house now in a small rural town with views of rolling hills and live alone. I'm about an hour from 3 different cities by car in N.Ireland worse case. I am happy in my own company and when I feel like company I can get that too. It is great to have the choice. Best wishes.

The issue with buying a flat is that it will be leasehold, a dated English property system from the 11th Century, you dont own the freehold or the land and must get permission from the freeholder for alterations, you are responsible for expensive ground rent and maintenance fees, and if you have the wrong cladding like thousands of leaseholders have, their apartments are now unsaleable with an expensive refit required.

Your flat is lovely, perhaps some big frames with segments in so you can put some family photos up. I assume the frames on your floor will also be put on your wall, hey don’t forget fluffy cushions for your sofa. That will make your flat extra cost.
