Dr. Denise Strothers is a recording artist and worship leader for over 25 years. Dr. Denise is a graduate of Howard University School of Divinity where she received her Doctor of Ministry. I had a Thyroid problem in 1991, I told the Lord I'm tired of taken this medication for this Thyroid I sausage Lord tour word says that by your stripes I'm healed , and you pay the price for my healing over 2000 years ago . One day , the Dr will tell me I do not need to take this medication for Thyroid any more sure enough 6 months ago the Dr said I didn't need to take the Thyroid medication anymore my Thyroid bk to normal Hallelujah My God is Able all glory to God!!! I remember a pastor joking about turning the other cheek. "It doesn't say what to do if they go to hit you again after that, so I say you let them have it!" Though seriously, in the spirit of brotherly love and forgiveness, the intention here is to absorb violence rather than return it. They spit on our Lord, pulled out his beard, and nailed him to a cross. There is the song, "He could have called 10,000 angels." Yes, he could have gotten down from the cross and killed everyone, at least in terms of possibilities. He couldn't have in terms of the mission and purpose for his life. So if he had been able to give up like that, would he have been the Son of God? So I get it. If Christ could forgive that, and we are in Christ, then we will do the same. I remember years ago, I was given a good example. I was in town and put up with some name-calling and asked God why He didn't just strike them dead. And then I went on to a pizza buffet. I paid, fixed a plate, and sat down. A little girl, maybe 7-8, came up to me, slapped me, and called me some names. How do you think I reacted? I did nothing. Why? I could tell the girl was mentally handicapped. The word that medical people used to use for that was "retarded." Her mom profusely apologized to me, and I said I understood, that what she did was nothing to me. And right then, it was like the Spirit had told me, "There's your answer. You saw she couldn't help it and you showed her mercy. That's what I did with the teenagers earlier."

I have confirmation of Osteoarthritis. So. Lord knows. 😢 Looks like a 2024: medical year. I rebuke all darkness that has been talking lies to my heart and soul. The Blood of Jesus covers me. As a senior lady trying to make ends meet.
