Greats videos. Just need clarification please; would you do all these exercises in one session split up over the week; or all of them in single session and if so how many times a week? I think youre saying the lot in a single session as a full body workout but then I dont know how often to then do them?

Hunger is never necessary. I say that as a well built 6 foot tall man who cuts to as low as 1,100-1,200 calories occasionally and thats counting a protein shake so not a lot of food. Not hungry. I might eat a lot of dry tuna, chicken breat, broccoli and not very tasty stuff but Im not hungry. I mean I get hungry which means its time to eat.

@joe thank you for a great video and really appreciate the honesty when things 'dont work', like the insulation. Did you ever use the garage in the end to drive the car in occasionally? I will be getting a house soon with a double garage (I hope) and just thinking of ideas. Should I rubber floor the whole floor or just the gym area? Trying to think if I ever did want to bring the car in, will it damage the rubber floor?

Looking at this to see what im missing out on, I'm not that strong right now and I dont have that much time to be in the gym where there are only 2 squat racks and bars, I'd rather do just machine and bench workouts all the time even if i have to do more sets simply because I dont enjoy the barbell stuff

These are some really good tips; just wondering if you get injured during the process and you can't do resistance training - how do you adapt for the week or so that it'll take to recover and get back into getting massive?

That meatball orzo dinner looks good! 😋 I'll have to try that in one of my meal plans for the week! I also like that everything was under £20! Frugal, healthy and delicious. What's not to like! 😊

Hey again, Joe. I’ve known about you for some time but just now started watching some of your videos. I really like your views on things as they match mine very closely. For example, the doing things to enjoy them and stop worrying about benefits and such. Just smell the flowers on the walks. Feel the breeze. Enjoy the sounds of kids playing in the park. Keep up the great work!
