  Im a truck driver and I first heard this song driving down the road...I had to pull over and cry it spoke to me so much. It felt so good. Now it's my favorite song for the moment. I was badly mentally ill and on drugs for over 20 years and Jesus cured me by his hand. I love you Jesus!! Thank you so much.

  So, i was born in the 70s, I'd never heard of Apple Pan Dowdy when i heard this song on the radio this year. So i gave it a whirl and its now a family favorite (and easier than apple pie!). This song is in my head often these days....

  I was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk💜🕊💜 I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!! ✌💜🕊🙏

  I loved Sis Mahalia with the love of Christ! I grew up listening to her singing to the glory of God, as my sweet Mother played nothing but spirituals on our old record player back in the day! Sis Mahalia truly loved our Lord Jesus and was deeply spiritual! She was FOR REAL, and she's resting in glory now with our Blessed Savior! Can't wait to meet her there!!!❤❤
