He's lawful to his own laws and code which just happen to not align with what's considered your average moral compass Reminds me a whole lot of one of the characters in our hero campaign for D&D; she's Lawful "Good" (we're not great at playing morally sound characters ajdhajdh) because she never strays from her philosophy, that primarily being "Obliterate anything that breathes wrong and collect a trophy from them (usually an organ of some description), saving those in peril along the way"

Tommy was selfish and short-sighted, leeching off his far more diligent allies for resources. He looked like a protagonist because he was an underdog, but he was an underdog because he antagonized characters who were more skilled and far better equipped than he was.

I dispute the assertion that Tubbo and Tommy were necessarily "good." As president, Tubbo did not have a great record as far as civil rights was concerned. Philza was violently searched and confined, then Technoblade was sentenced to execution without trial. Even during before the Pogtopia/Manberg war, Tubbo looted emeralds from Techno's vault rather than arming himself for the upcoming battle. Tommy was a self-centered little shit who stole everything he had and selfishly put his own good first, even valuing his disks over people. Technoblade joined Pogtopia to fight for freedom, not to replace a democratic leader with a violent revolutionary dictator. Another interesting note: During the Red Festival, Tubbo gave the signal for Wilbur to blow up the crowd and leadership. Nobody told Technoblade about this plan and he was standing at ground zero. They were 100% willing to blow him up with everybody else. Sure, he had a good chance of surviving with his netherite armor and inhuman reflexes, but that isn't something you spring on an ally. Pogtopia had a choice to try to get Techno away from the blast zone or find another time to strike. Techno, on the other hand, was surrounded and saw no way to get Tubbo out alive. He stalled as long as he could, but when help didn't come, he hoped to maintain his cover at least, but the situation got way out of hand. It's pure hypocrisy to call Techno a traitor minutes after trying to blow him up.

I know I'm late but this just came into my Recommends. Honestly, I think it depends on the Story Arc for Techno's Character. He is more or less a Lawful Neutral but he can does become a Chaotic Neutral in different events. The Lawful Neutral definitely when he was helping out Tommy and Wilbur with Pogtopia vs Manburg. But in certain events he definitely went from Lawful to Chaotic. When he teamed up with Dream, I say that's more Chaotic then Lawful. When he teamed up with Quackity to go against the Egg, that was Lawful.

I am not kidding, that is literally how my mind works, then I go on to stuff such as Tommyinnit's everything, Technoblade's everything, My L'manberg and more. Sad-ist is eventually there, but only when I hear Dream SMP and animations.

Honestly, Tommy isn't "good", he's just "innocent", as in, he has trouble differentiating right and wrong and so therefore, doesn't usually think through nor comprehend the outcome of his actions, he just does things he thinks he is perfectly justified in doing. He is growing into being a "good" character though, all he's got to do is to grow past his co-dependence on Wilbur and only stand up for what's right, which is what he usually does but he still needs to follow a more proper leader like Tubbo or Technoblade.
