Working at a high end luxury handbag store, we had some Yelp reviews that were false. You could ask the five other luxury stores around and the same client came in and said the same thing in their review about their store that they would say about our store verbatim. It was just pure ugliness and confusion from what the client was saying to us in the store, How happy she was with our service, how she loved our story of the history etc. It was so unusual. I will never trust Yelp reviews. Retaliation is another form of false review. If they know an ex girlfriend or boyfriend, they will say such hateful things that will surely get management's attention. Any type of social media these days is a cautionary tale and we must do better with how we go about it. After all, it is about our reputation, behaviors, background and now social aspects we think are okay we have to think twice before posting. I personally would never post about a job ob FB or Insta or Twitter but I see people do all the time and I cringe. I can't be fake at my job in customer service because people see right through that. And no-one benefits from it ever. I love this video and can't wait to show my husband. Thank you!

I can't believe how little these mega companies invest in their security. I am a dental provider, having to resort back to "snail mail" in submitting claims. I am waiting for our e-claims company to find alternatives to the Change Healthcare clearinghouse- with little or no updates still 2 months post cyber attack. We are finding Insurance companies we can submit directly to, and thankfully we are getting "temporary funding assistance"(0% interest loans from Optum/Change Healthcare) I am amazed/disappointed that the Dental Association(ADA, CSDA) hasn't alerted members to any of the temporary solutions I have had to figured out on my own- a shame that we are "on our own"

Does a BAA allow a third party vendor to call directly to your Patient for billing information? If you are a pharmacy provider, can a third party call the prescribing doctor who they do not have a BAA for PHI of your patient? Where can I find this? Can't find on Google of hhs or any other site. Really need some help.
