A lot of your fillings are fantastic but I would think blending the ground beef with an immersion blender would make it into a paste and that would take away from the nice texture of the crepe - then sorry, you lost me at liver filling.🤮

This looks so good! So you put in fridge before staining or after?
One filling I really like is cottage cheese mix. Use a cup of cottage cheese add three tbs of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix together. Add this filling to crepe and heat in pan until filling is warmed. Flipping once. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Delishous! Also any jelly filling, like cherry, rasberry, strawberry, grape. Top with any surup, or eat as is.

Recipe is fine just needs more seasoning. The meat should be seasoned with some onion, garlic powder before cooking. Tsp of salt and pepper ain't getting it done lol.

Everything looks wonderful and a small question chef, is it acceptable to omit the fruit and honey? I know it will be less authentic, but my palate won't accept savory/sweet.

What is the purpose of coating the butter with flour, and smashing them together? Couldn't you just add them in and stir?
