Which water park you think is better? South bay shores, calibunga, wave water park in dublin or hurricane harbor in concord?
The endless river used to require be in a tube the whole time. Then did not have people walking in it

Showing my age here a bit, but I remember going to Raging Waters way back when they first opened. It was a beautiful park. It seems as though they let things fall apart over the years. I’m sure the new operators are doing all they can,with the resources they have, to revive this location to its former glory. It just seemed like they weren’t quite ready for prime time. I’m sure they don’t want to miss out on the summer crowds. It has a lot of potential, and will only get better from here on. Thanks for showing it to us, Eldon.

Haha thanks!! Yeah, next time I'll go, I'll try and get a wait time on them. It may very matter, depending on how busy the park is.
6:20 this slide has never been working in the decade I have been going to the park.
I heard this one has been deemed unsafe and is going to be taken out, and something will replace it in the future.

@thatguyterps3284 haha pretty much, but it's getting to where we want it. Much more work to be done.
We went last year at raging waters and the grass was dried, there are bird poop all over the place. Seems owners at Cali Bunga saved the place. Seems there are still some bugs in opening day as far as systems not working properly. Its July already and certain attractions don’t work? If they want to compete with Boomerang Bay, they need to come correct.
@r.c.1750 I think they will continue to improve. They sound very determined that the park is not done yet. 👍

They would make so much more money if they didn't sell season passes for cheap, and the park wouldn't be so packed

@raw_fittedz I could have covered the revamped area a little better, but they have a lot of new cabanas and turf in the back area. Eventually, they will get to the rest of the park and get rid of all the dead grass.

I'm curious about the temperature on the ship. Do they keep it cool? Do you get a thermostat in your room?
@fw7993 Absolutely! You can control your own temperature in the room. I always kept the sliding glass door open, and the breeze was perfect.
Cool video of the park & you having fun. I live in that area so this video was needed so people can come out & enjoy this place while we still have it. 🌊

Haha we'll see how it goes. Great America has alcohol and we handle ourselves pretty well there.

All of the places incorporating alcohol into the service seems strange !
Glad someone bought the property and kept it as is for the most part instead of building more overly priced condos that nobody in the area could afford

as a kid this looked so fun but as an adult now with a 2 year old, this place looks way too crowded and i dont want to be in the water with that many people haha. looks fun though
@@bg710 I think it'll die down in a few weeks. It was just very crowded from the opening day hype. Plus, half of the attractions were down.
And as far as the Pandas 🐼 go, they will be in a temporary habitat initially before their permanent habitat is ready.

Besides the Pandas 🐼, I would like them to develop the area opposite the Savanna for African Predators like Lion 🦁, Cheetah 🐆 and Wild Dogs! The Eastern side of the Zoo has been undeveloped for quite a few years and could use something new over there! Would like to see them bring in more Native Animals from North America as well!

We went in June (about 3 weeks ago) and to say this park sucked is an understatement. We got on 3 slides in 4 hours. 5 of the 9 slides were down. It's a garbage money grab park. You'd have more fun running through sprinklers (and you'd save a WHOLE lot of money). I've never been to a worse run water park in my lifetime.
Yeah, the park definitely needs a little more love, that's for sure.

@beeboutabag7075 unfortunately no outside food or drink is allowed into the park. You are allowed to bring in waters from what I've been told.

That drone show was pretty neat and I haven’t seen that before. But I do prefer the excitement of fireworks in the sky for the 4th of July so much more! There’s just something very special about seeing the night sky so full of bright lights and the ending is always amazing🎉🎊

Right there at the cliff house is where I saw the lady in white. She was floating three feet above the water. And looped around the Cliff House and disappeared into the giant rock. Both me and my brother saw her. It was crazy 😮
