I have a request. How do you "home" the part like at 5:00 to perform the thread or the hole? Once you have milled the part, you flip it 90 degree and mill again but how do you set your 0 ? The manual probe cant be used when the part dont have 90 degree angle right?

@@Makera Thanks but the feed rate versus RPM is not the same. How smaller the diameter gets by the same feed rate would increase the RPM. But okay, if i only can set the feed rate than i think that the firmware have no option for setting the RPM itself. I'm correct?

IMO this is the missing manual content every owner who is new to CNC needs. Thanks for making it, and keep content like this coming. One topic I would love to see covered is how to properly and strategically handle jobs where you need to rotate the work piece 90 degrees. For example, if you are shelling out an enclosure, but need to carve out some holes for jacks along the side. Assuming every piece of stock is slightly different, what are the best pratices and recommended order of operations?

The high speed work flow is nice, but I'm lost at instructions for installing V-Carve posts (I use Aspire) from directions for post management.........those posts appear NOWHERE in the list included with v12 of Aspire. Any idea where I can find them, for use with Kiri?

Mill the detail on one side cutting it out as an oversized square. You can then register on the new cut line cut the detail on the other side and cut it out. There are a bunch of other ways to do it but that would probably be the easiest in this situation

You could cut holes to dowel the part then just flip the piece over and reset. I also don't see why you couldn't do it on the 4th axis.

It would look a lot better if you actually took your time with the soldermasks. Using silk screen cloth and a squeegee gives a much better finish than the roller. Also can this machine achieve 0.05 line widths as demonstrated by the channel wegstrcnc?

will be nice when they start making these enclosed units that use coolant like maybe hold 2 gallons of coolant. designed for metal not geared toward wood engraving. maybe look into a KOOL MIST for coolant on that.
