Fantastic! But seeing it drive, it doesn't seem all that fast. My neighbor has an M8 Competition BMW. 617hp. When he hits the pedal, that car jumps out like a rocket. We hit 150mph on a 1 mile stretch of highway in Rahway, NJ. Pinned me in the back seat. Still like the Porsche though!

Could have been a great interview. Like watching Jay Leno’s Garage. It’s nice that there are still a few well used and unrestored 356’s around.

What gets me about this car is that it's a high strung short stroke race car that wants to be flogged but it's still semi-driveable on cobble stones and under 3k rpm. I mean, it sounds like a coffee can full of bolts but it's still doable. Think Porsche's MFI plays a huge part even with the high butterfly version. That Euro MFI era is still one of my favorites (Alfa, BMW, etc...)

when i see these stretch tyre on these wheels, all the blabla ablout superduupa tyres and rims is nonsense! I think there is some realy good into this, but al in al isnt a racecar spec, more a tuner spec. These Tyre Rim combo dont work on any track, espacialy an a porsche you need a 90degree tyrewall front and back. couse the front is too light, and the tyre have to work, and back is too heavy and tyre have to work

Of all the OPP offerings (and I’ve drooled over many) I’m surprised that this is my favorite. Under 200hp, and the most thoughtful and beautifully structured build I’ve seen, maybe ever. I don’t believe that this young man could have executed the construction of this car any better in any way. Absolutely stunning. Outstanding car, @drewhafner !

I’m glad that in the credits at the end you spelled Cary’s name correctly. I love you, Magnus, but it’s Eisenlohr not Eisenhower. He’s a humble guy doing wonderful things for the Porsche community. I sourced many of his components for my customers in the late ‘90’s and early ‘00’s. Outstanding vid, and (as always) thanks for what you’re doing.

So many memories this video brought, Vanilla Ice and my 1966 Mustang GT met at a red light in Wellington I think around 1989-90 along with my friend that drove all those cars I mentioned and we sort of clowned on him since we were into rock (Rush, Zeppelin, etc). However; I respect his music now and enjoy it for what it is.

My best friend in High School had a 328 GTS, 930 Turbo, New 1986.5 Supra, Countach, quite a few super bikes. Police came into our art class one day to arrest him (the cars were owned by his father's Cali based company and we were in Florida so thought he stole it).
