Experience is knowledge, knowledge is information, information is helpful. May I ask 10 years later, is there any handle prep that you would do differently now?

Hey all glad to see a new video !

I just saw this video. I can attest your statement about Medihoney. My late wife earlier had some terrible open sores on her abdomen that the wound care center showed me how to use. Within a couple of months of constant application and other wound care procedures, it healed up beautifully. I swear by that stuff.

LOL there goes getting anything from cold steel. This video is a great example of a child who doesnt grasp the manufacturing process and how this could happen. 3 minute phone call and theyll send you out a new one. Its frustrating when you get a product from a bad run but throwing a hissy fit and saying you wont buy products from them ever is just ignorant.

Hi Chris is it possible to get schf 26? I have my old one and still I wouldn't change it for anything after 9 or 10 years. It's practically indestructible + I loved that steel

I see some comments from skeptics on autos - I 100% get it until I bought a Microtech. The aluminum handle is small but the blade is quite large - my Ultratech gives me about the same surface as my Large Inkosi. The auto ticks the blade away safely into a smaller and lighter package and if you have seen the torture tests, OTF’s lock up in such a way that you you can hammer them into a 2x4 up to the Frame - something most folders wouldn’t survive - you get 1 handed open and close - I was a total skeptic until I carried one and now I carry one every day! Definitely worth a try! I am not a huge fan of the plastic but the overall OTF platform is quite incredible.

I think the price is fair when you’re talking a handmade knife by a one man operation. But can understand why folk wouldn’t want to pay that. I mean small light knives are easier to lose but the quality is definitely there.

I’ve had that exact model and color for about a year. I added a thumb nub on it to help with opening at times, which goes against the overall design for gutting. I wanted benchmade and orange and ended up with this over the bugged out model. It’s super light weight to carry. I haven’t taken a deer yet so can’t speak to that. It opens up Amazon boxes like a pro. I’d buy again. Previous edc was a standard Buck made in the USA modem. Very big difference in weights.
