We, The Nowhere Men - Alex, Brian & Eric - are 3 NYC-based adventurers who quit their jobs to travel the world and celebrate stories of humanity, passion, and dedication around the globe.
On our first adventure we bought a tiny 2-door Nissan Micra and drove it 10,000+ miles from London to Mongolia. Despite getting hit by a bus, stuck in the sand, and robbed by Mongolian thieves, we made it home alive.
On our second adventure we bought a legit SUV, and drove it 25,000 miles from New York City to Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina. Despite breaking down in the Guatemalan highlands, spending 20+ hour without food stuck in the Lakes District of Bolivia, and nearly getting swept out to sea while it was lit up with bioluminescence, we also mad eit home alive.
Now we continue our journeys, driving around the world, telling the stories of the people we meet.

I am in Oregon and canning just makes sense fiscally. I walk from my job through a industrial district to the nearest gas station and just pick up cans and bottles on the way, The gast station buys them for 10 cents each at a max of 24 and i easily hit the max without going out of my way and it buys me a beer for the rest of my walk home; The walmart nearby also buys them and if i happen to get alot of bottles then ill just walk over there and buy another beer with them, ill then find more bottles on my way home and have a head start on tomorrows beer. Its like free beer.

The downside to the 5 cent deposit is that the barcode on the can has to be readable, meaning you can't crush it. This makes the bags that hold them huge and unwieldy. Other states crush them and save so much space.

Luckily in cuba there are not many firearms , like in the whole rest of America , spread (ironically) by the american rifle association.This weaponindustry is responsible for the desasterous safety situation e.g. in the ghettos and slums of El salvador,Guatemala, Honduras,Haiti and even in north america.
