  Oh, I love the handstand mounts. Lots of gymnast practice it in the gym, but do not put it in their final routines. I feel like it is a lost art.

  I like most of these. The more unique the better. I honestly prefer to see more flexibility incorporated into the mounts and the routines. I like side mounts too. Kristi Phillips is my all time favorite artistic gymnast

  ​@@mandm.s Yes more than a decade ago. She was part of the Russian team who won the TF Gold medal at Worlds 2010 ! I think she retired in 2011 or 2012 😅
