    I got glutened by Chinese food supposed to be GF the other night. It was not! Had a very scary anaphylactic reaction where my throat nearly closed off, plugged ears, hoarse cough, plugged nose, rash on my arms and neck. Scary. I now have epipens in case I get this scary reaction again and was put on pregnasone for 3 days. And I just ate a piece of GF ice cream cake from DQ for Father’s Day. Mild reaction to that too…plugged ears and sneezing. Thankfully a couple allergy pills fixed it because I didn’t eat a lot of the crumbs. I don’t trust these foods now.😡

    She's not the brightest. The vaccine will actually trigger celiac disease to start in susceptible individuals. It will also trigger other autoimmune diseases to start. Scientist predicted this… You can look it up… The auto immune diseases have also increased by 12% each year which is now an epidemic

    By they way here’s a lil definition for ppl who don’t know: Celiac disease Coeliac disease is a condition where your immune system attacks your own tissues when you eat gluten. It stops you from taking in nutrients. Symptoms of coeliac disease include diarrhoea, stomach aches and bloating. Coeliac disease is usually treated with a gluten-free diet. Coeliac disease is caused by the immune system attacking and damaging your gut when you eat food containing gluten.

    Truth is if you get diagnosed with celiac that's not a time to settle with just this diagnoses, you are more likely to have 2 auto immune disease than 1 so seek out more lab test for antibodies of other auto immune diseases lupus, hashimotos, RA etc. Maybe could catch it early

    I think it's possible or even likely that this product might be able to break down some amount of gluten. The amount of gluten consumed, the dosage and the timing of administration will also likely affecting how well it works. It sounds kind of like birth control that works around 60% of the time. I suppose even marginal birth control is better than no birth control according to the lady with seven children, that claims she would otherwise have had 12.

    BEEN ON A CARNIVORE MEAT/EGGS DIET FOR 3 WEEKS AND HAD A STEAK AND 5 GRILLED SHRIMP. THE FAV RESTAURANT IS FAMOUS FOR THEIR GLUTEN ROLLS AND ALL THE REST OF THE DINERS HAD THEM. THEY WERE SITTING IN A BASKET RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME BUT I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THEM OR THE BASKIET. A COUPLE HOURS LATER I HAD A REACTION AND STILL ILL TODAY. WHAT HAPPENED!!!!???

    I’m celiac , I once tried rice oats, they were horrible. I miss oats, as in porridge, but there not worth the pain. I had a really bad reaction to oats once. If I eat gluten, or get accidentally glutened, I have diarrhoea, pain all over, fatigue so bad I can barely put one foot in front of the other, brain fog, a gluten attack can put me away for days. I was 64 when diagnosed with celiac disease 🤷🏼‍♀️ so definitely no oats for me. I live in Australia 🇦🇺

  • @Felicity-uj7pg
    @Felicity-uj7pg2 ай бұрын

    Wendy, you might want to look into Honest to Goodness (NSW brand)‘s “Wheat Free Oats”. They are tested for wheat, barley, and rye so they don’t have detectable gluten, but they can’t legally say “gluten free” due to Australia’s stance on avenin. The oats we can get at Woolies and Coles are probably contaminated.

    Hey, I was just recently diagnosed and I’d love to know what are the usual precautions that you take at places like gelato places to avoid cross contamination? I’m really scared of eating anywhere outside of my own kitchen and it’s made me miserable. How can I eat an any restaurant, even just salads, when cross contamination exists? I don’t want to tell everybody I’m gluten-free all the time, that makes me really uncomfortable. I don’t like attention too much. Any tips?

    Guys I’ve only ever been gluten once and when it happened I almost immediately started to get dioherrea and a really bad itchy rash then I woke up in the middle of the night and threw up like five times then I just wasn’t hungry at all for the rest of the week and I had to force food into me. I now my other symptoms are normal but is it normal to not feel hungry for like a week even though I felt fine?

    Thanks for this video and your happy demeanour. I’ve just been diagnosed at age 47. Completely shocked me and made me sad if I’m honest. My only symptom is tiredness but I always put that down to my job (shift work). Now navigating my way through eating gluten free and realising all the foods/drinks I can never have again. Hopefully will become the norm sooner rather than later. Cheers from UK.
