Friend used to have gun shop. I hung out at said shop alot. His gunsmith shot down a drone, a phantom back in the day. As soon as the cops arrived the dude left to go to best buy to buy him a new drone to replace the shot down one. Or he was being put through the system. Some cops do know. And this is in PA near pittsburgh. Also in PA, local over rules state. So if local takes it, states out. unless resources need it. Also your insurance companys like state farm insure drones for CHEAP. I just had a flyaway and state farm took care of the whole drone for me and it was a very very early claim like within a month of me buying policy.

YOU CAN NOT SIMPLY SHOOT SOMEONE, UNLESSS THAT PERSON ON YOUR PROPERTY CLEARLY POSES A SEVERE THREAT OF DEATH OR SEVERE HARM TO YOU. A drone doesnt meet the criteria and the threats from the property owner can land him in serious legal trouble. No one can take your constitutional rights away....We have laws in place to protect against people with psycopathy wanting to get their fix of control over others in a way thats severe enough, that their desensitized self can feel....

With you being you and keeping on flying and doing your thing it made it worse. Be careful bc now cops will drag you out of your car over something stupid and lock you up till you can get bond over something totally stupid.
