Accuracy wise, the 6R15is inconsistent, but even on my METAS or COSC movements, I adjust the time every day, so I actually don’t mind its lack of accuracy.

I have a Rolex on jubilee with fluted bezel and have been wanting something different…I though the Omega Railmaster might scratch the itch so while out window shopping I dropped into a local jeweler, they had a railmaster in stock and got to try it on…it just didn’t do it for me…I noticed they carried Tutor as well and had a Ranger which immediately piqued my interest. I tried it on and instantly knew it was what I had been looking for…while I had no intention of buying a watch that day I couldn’t resist…its low key and flies under the radar yet high quality that will outlast me…it’s been over a month and my Rolex must be getting jealous as I have not worn it with the Ranger getting all the wrist time since…absolutely love it!

Interesting comments about the Railmaster. I too have looked at that as a direct competitor to the Ranger, they’re both simple time only, fully brushed, and a used Railmaster can be had for sub $3k, which makes it very compelling. Still, I dig the Ranger. Just wish they used ceramic lume numerals and plots like the Black Bay Pro.

I think the Tudor Ranger is an OK watch, but it’s massively overpriced given its specs. I think anyone considering the Ranger, do yourself a favour and pick up a brand new Omega Railmaster for $3,000. A significantly & undeniably better watch for a little premium over the Ranger when found on offer.
@humblegent47414 ай бұрын
I've owned both, and personally, I preferred the Ranger over the Railmaster. I sold the Railmaster less than a year after I received it. I think it's because I didn't like the bracelet and how it fit on my wrist. I'd like to see Omega produce thinner, smaller models with more tapered bracelets. Also, I wasn't a fan of the butterfly clasp. But of course, to each their own.

I did not encounter this with my Pelagos 39 nor my Black Bay pro bracelets. The Ranger wears most comfortably on my wrist of the three. I wear the BB Pro most often, but if I had to choose just one of my Tudors to keep forever, it would be the Ranger.
