I love this idea. The Captain's Raptor was a more stable version of the Raptor, which was already overstable. But a slightly more stable Thrasher, which was already understable = a much more appealing disc imo. Way to go Missy/Discraft on this endeavor! I'm buying one :)

Cuz they want you to spend $20-30 on base plastic, cuz apparently some ppl are willing to spend $20-30 on base plastic. (Which breaks down as fast as any base plastic). I mean, who on Earth would buy 20 Lunas or Fierces or Bro-D Roaches, all at $25-30 a pop, as their go to putter??? Rich idiots? Sorry, I'm ranting now. Love Discraft, hate their prices on base-line (dead in a month) plastic.

Why are they so soft and gummy? Ti is supposed to be hard and firm and more stable. The new ti plastic is anything but firm. Bummer

Sometimes success is just as hard to handle as well as failure ... yesterday I was 5 down thru 6 holes. I felt like something special was about to happen but I started pressing to get a great score. I was only 2 down over the next 12 holes because I was trying too hard to get that great round.

Just realized your throwing LHBH, im a primary LHBH player and its hard to find videos of leftys. Im coming back to disc golf after 10yrs and im starting from the beginning haha ive been in a couple situations where a roller helped me...good stuff!

Thanks for the video! Would love a video showing from standstill what part of the body I need start with. I haven’t been able to find a video describing the proper form and breaking it down in consecutive steps from beginning to end.For example: 1. The pull starts from the right knee, 2. Then the hips turn 3. Then the shoulders turn 4. Then pulling with the arm to catch up with the shoulder creating a snap. Perhaps one of these guys can breakdown their form in full step by step? Also does the speed of their arm generate 70mph throws, or does proper technique or is it both? If you can get the measurement of their arm speed as opposed to the disc that would be awesome! 👌

At 5:10, where we have a green sloping down to the left, as a lefty who had not mastered his flicks yet (I’m an ultimate player), what would you recommend using? Something more overstable to fade back into the hill? Something Understable but aimed right of the home to turn back and match the slope?
