    Bonjour Richard, vous pouvez cuire au bain marie a la valeur. Si vous utiliser un four, ajoute un peu d'eau en desou.

    To freeze it should i fry once or twice?

    If you want to freeze them, fry twice but don't fully cook them (90%). Then you can defrost them and fry to add some colour and crispiness. You can also use the airfryer or oven, but reheat on lower temp (160C - 170C) until crispy. Hope this was helpful 😉

    I have tried 2 times it never worked ,the cone tuned black, better to use cooker, pour 1teaspoon oil in cooker heat it andadd popcone with in 5min , the popcone is ready useing air fry is vast pl dont advice

    Je fais quasiment la même recette. Mais j'ai innové en mixant la brioche (qui était congelée). Cela fait, un peu, comme de la farine et la pâte est donc plus fine, sans grumeaux. 😉

    About 2 weeks ago, I devoured a Hakien in China Town which was sold by a Chinese lady from China... It was by far the best Hakien I've ever had. Perfectly crispy exterior, ideal batter thickness with the right proportion of filling, which tasted just great. It also incorporated small chunks of chicken which I really enjoyed...It was quite expensive for its relatively small dimension, but was such a delectable snack!! 😊

    The fried batter should be crispy and airy...It should have volume and that's difficult to achieve...The white flour, chickpea and baking powder proportion is a secret kept by street vendors 😂

    Wow, this is dangerous! Seeds can pop and end up in the heating element and catching fire. I understand you didnt have that issue but you should definitely warn people before they all catch their kitchens on fire.
