DHA city is atleast 20 years behind BTK in terms of development. Life is in full swing in BTK. School college hospitals clinics imtiaz store markets restaurants petrol pumps are now fully functioning in BTK. Public transport also now available.

Ist floor to the top floor Commercial plazas in khi city use as godown... Zero resale value... Offices are empty on shahrahe Faisal MA jinnah roads, who will go BAHRIA not even 2050... Inside Bahria commercial you cannot do your own choice business on commercial plaza... Kdo koi invest.... The, tax Value of this commercial is like shahrah e faisal...Even in installments you have to pay tax in 2024.... Malik Riaz throws his land, because he knows his time and company is over, at least the current establishment regime.... Only invest p.1 to p.12, P.14/15/16/47/49 Across ali bridge and p.47 -48 bridge never invest.... The rest of Bahria is high Risk...
