I don’t think so

rightly said the 4 year time may see a big increase in property prices. Seem interest rate may take a year to come down to less then 15 percent. Once lower then 15 percent the flow will start. It will peak once lower then 10 percent

If someone bought in 2015 or 2016 in DHA phase 8 Karachi. Still those rates never came back after nearly 10 years.
