That's way too clumsy and messy. I recommend Magic Sculp and a drop of water to smooth it. Fine sand or scrape once cured (if needed).

Fair enough, tbh I didn’t know magic sculp was a thing till I read your comment and looked it up. I’ll order some soon and have a look 👍 personally I find this technique easy and handy as everything is to hand. But that’s the great thing about this hobby there’s so many ways to achieve similar outcomes and it’s great to hear of new ways from comments like this ☺️👍

Awesome diorama up to the usual standard! 🙂 Also, got to love a Lindybeige clip with Tanks! Which led me to an interesting idea for a Diorama: A recently finished battle, with destroyed tanks, with looters (Orks/cultists or such) picking over the remains (and finishing off any still living guard). Or, a '40k tank museum' with a wooly jumpered chap pointing at a particularly nice Leman Russ.

I *tried* having a pile of shame by buying $1,000 worth of guardsmen at once One month. That's how long it lasted, over a hundred infantry and loads of vehicles and artillery but it only took a month to build and paint

I have been painting minis for over 30 years. Videos like this would have made starting the hobby so much easier. I find that cuticle snips work really well for taking parts off sprues. I prefer files for clean up. My go to is rounded on one side and flat on the other. I hope this video gets a lot of views. I agree that the whole point of the hobby is to have fun. Skills come with practice. I find some of my earliest work to be inspiring because they show how far I have come. Tutorial videos really help me to learn why different things have tried worked (or didn't). Keep up the good work. I am already looking forward to your next video.

Hot glue gun some plastic thingy old toy gun to make a Dreagnought i belevie its writen its not the most prety but it was technicly free cause i had every suply ready at home and it looks prety decent so thank you

You can get necron warriors for the same price as any other basic troops but they have ALOT of expensive models in that range so I know the feeling 😅
