    I'd give anything to booze him up, and get him to sing/ shout "Oi git knocked down! But I git up again! Yer never gunna keep me down!" I'll take 'chess is fair' though. I'm sure he is just as steadfast in victory and even his losing opponents feel dignified. Plus his name is Ding. That's excellent.

  • @JM-sq3ic
    @JM-sq3ic20 сағат бұрын

    @@oliver-04 I think he never achieved the Ballon d’Or because he was just not good enough. Few players are that good (although Ballon d’Or has gone to players on par with Neymar or even worse some years), you can name the really greats, from Puskas (my memory does not reach earlier…) to Zidane and Messi (well, HE was overrated, but this is obviously a minority view). Neymar was just a little short to make that list… AR is still young, he might still make it, but it will take a lot from him. At the last candidates, there were reports that pertained to mental health (or well being), and it is maybe not surprising considering his history. Anyways, a great raw talent, which probably explains the discrepancy between classical and speed chess outcomes.
