Thanks for this! I've always been fascinated by Papillon Court & regretted its destruction, so it's great to finally get at least some idea of how the building would have looked in three dimensions. If you ever return to this model, it'd be wonderful to see a render of the entrance sequence, from the drive through the main portico & then left into the basin court, then around the colonnade & through those double doors into the outer hall. That has to be one of those most interesting bits of domestic theater Lutyens ever designed & I've always wanted to get a sense of whether he managed to make such a complex sequence 'work' ;) Anyway, once again, many thanks for this glimpse into an unfortunately vanished bit of architectural history!

A good video. For the record, Ghost certainly do exist, check out my personal experiences by searching, '' THE GHOST OF GLADSTONE VILLA''. A genuine case that really did happen to me, my family and my friends, this property even convinced a skeptic and a non believer so it's well worth documenting !!
