I’ve been getting a lot of usage out of Rinoa on this current pvp map. Using Velis tmr to counter wind veritas tmr for my Mont and Bradley. She sits way back if you give her enough buffs which kinda keeps her safe. Hopefully the cast time down allows her to be a bit more offensive
I've been pondering this stat since we have started to see it on Vision Cards. How does it stack up against AoE Res? AoE Res can be reduced while this new resistance can't but on vision cards its either for Physical or Magic damage. What is your take?
They're both good, you need both, not just one or the other

I originally pulled Bradley for his TM to use on OG Seph. After Dialdo came out I switched to earth and Bradley became the first unit I max reincarnated. His high speed and high damage gameplay was so much fun.

Does seifer with 15% man resist + the esper man resist + wasn't there an accessory with man resist as well make him really bulky?

Squall's agility is tied to his VC, so in other words Gumi just took something away from him that he should've had in the first place and threw it on his card.
But they only gave it back to him in Global

Heyo Rdyplywill. I have been using Cloud and Gilgamesh together, and I've been able to beat many seph and Gilga teams, including your area team. I impressed the miss in red sword and great sword setup.
The thing about Seifer is he doesnt have any courage or reraise….😢
Yep, we mentioned that, its a concern for him - that's why he works well with a support like Lucielle or Fina

9:12 I'm not following on this loop hole you mentioned. That sounds more like a bug yeah? Curse stops all healing, so why would a heal that started channeling before curse was applied bypass the curse?
No particular reason, but that's just how it is. You can test it

Great video! I believe Disabling an enemy makes them unable to dodge, so the idea is for her to have 0 accuracy so she will always use her disable first then follow up with the aoe (which effectively is now guarantee Hit) with the increased mod.

Dhrek/Seph look good together. Teams with Dario, Lucielle, Gilgamesh also come to mind. There's a few others but she's really flexible and independent

Not a factor for me, Limited Cost content is a smaller % of game experience than full cost

I assume Fina's charm reaction ability hasn't given people problems then? Or is it still to soon to tell?
I'm sure it *can* but I don't think it's a huge game changer. Range 4 ability, and her being a ranged unit, means that most of her hits are further than that, so overall spacing from enemies gives opportunities that they're not in range of it happening. Combine that with the fact that everybody has reaction block up the wazoo at the moment, and that 30% chance to proc is more like 12%-15%.

I have evil plans for Lucielle - notably, she is on the Brotherhood Agl card. Stay tuned for her in the next week or two in Free Match once I have her built.
I think it's important to keep in mind that the winners of the reincarnation festival were made pullable again back when we first had this Festival so I could totally see that being a factor in what gets voted on this time around too (particularly for limited time units like the Ashen/Crystal Warriors that people may have skipped the first time around) and even TMRs could be a guiding factor in what gets the popular vote. I wouldn't be surprised if Viga wins again just because of his TMR. So I don't think it will necessarily go the way many would expect just because of what's good in the meta. Should be interesting to learn the results of this in time.

Still haven't run into Will in ffxiv, it'll happen one day lol. For wotv stuff, I'm really excited for Fina. I think Lucielle is going to have her day eventually but I can already imagine teams out the gate when Fina hits. The best thing for both of them is good supports last a LOT longer so they can wait for their matchup as opposed to DPS that just get outclassed as time goes on because they need that creep a lot more to keep selling them.

Fire Oberon is very underrated. Put him with the great kitty esper, and he's fast, no longer weak to water, with really high slash res. I can get him to 80 easily, with buffs. I think people are sleeping on his AOE ability that will give allies a huge slash res buff. I can get him and Seph to consistently tank water teams and hit them back hard.

Would need to check tiles/ spacing but could try Summer Lilith tmr for a 1 turn +2 range extension, this might give him the necessary range to hit multiple targets turn 2. After drop of range he then has to get closer to the enemy. Hence could drop yuichi bow for rune bow to have hate on him. This potentially takes heat from your duo at a critical point midfight, where he should have used one Barrage already/ done his job. Acc drop might be too heavy from seph tmr though.
Fire Sephi can remove frostbite using his knight blessing, but thats more of a manual play again.. great vid btw!

Wind veritas tmr is a gamble. I see many time unit running into battle without any buff because they use this tmr.

I’m so sick of the island placement. It’s not as bad as cheese blade but it’s up there. I wish there was a separate placement cost mechanic that made it impossible to put three units in the corners.
