you want to transcend all units. im guessing you mean reincarnate ? both those units are the best candidate for max reinc at the moment so its up to you. i went with spring jeume max reinc and i dont regret it

Welcome to the game!! It's the Google Play Games beta app. It only works if you were using WOTV on Android, so iPhones are out of luck unfortunately. But the Google Play Games beta App is basically like having your phone on your PC, you just log in with your Google Account, download WOTV from the app store, bam!
