You can get your songs on Spotify and Apple Music without a major label using a distributor and you would have to start a record label on your own through an LLC and sign artists from there.

That might still be too soon. Sometimes it can take 3-5 days for your song to show up. Just keep checking and once you see it on Spotify for artists, then claim it.

Depending on your distributor, usually KZread uploads to their own “Topic” channel because the KZread is their own platform that offers more than just music. It’s technically not a DSP, so that’s why they upload to that channel and not yours. However, there are certain distributors that will allow you to connect to your KZread music account, but KZread Music is different just KZread. Does that make sense?

@@evanpark8434 That’s a different kind of membership if you have had songs released before from a different distributor and you are switching over to routenote, so you wouldn’t use that membership. As far as DistroKid, I think it’s one of the best distributors out there, but they do charge for an annual fee of about $30. CDBaby is good too, but they charge per song you release.

No, the LANDR Studio plan includes unlimited distribution at no extra cost, including releasing tracks as albums or EPs. However, there is a small fee for releasing cover songs.

Sign up to a distributor, release your song through them and they will make the profile for you when you release your first song. Then, you claim it from there.
So I have music out but a friend uploaded it for me on united master s ,I recently found another song of mine s on a burned cd how do I upload it on united masters ? It’s my best song yet I want to release it soon I’d appreciate your assistance with this matter.
You would have to upload your song onto your computer from the cd, then upload it to UnitedMasters from there.
can you explain the Authenticity status? as Ditto requested documentation from splice as it was flagged for copyright? But the Authenticity status was green.
