I found this article on her dads involvement in the selling of her masters. Him saying her dad should of known is not correct and that article explains why. So bottom line is Taylor’s dad didn’t know till after it was sold. Just needed to clear that up bc he’s making it sound like her dad was being shady.

Papa Swift was apparently invited to participate in a super-secret shareholder call about the deal before it was public knowledge, but he took a hard pass when he heard that he would be required to sign an NDA that would legally force him to withhold information from Taylor. This was all confirmed by a source described as “Taylor’s rep” (hi, Tree!), who told ET: “There was a shareholder phone call that Scott Swift did not participate in due to a very strict NDA that bound all shareholders and prohibited any discussion at all without risk of severe penalty. Her dad did not join that call because he did not want to be required to withhold any information from his own daughter.”
