A very moving documentary. I would say that I believe it is important to let your audience hear the cadence of the speaker's voices. Let us hear the tenor of their fear. Let us feel the anger and pain they express. They should be heard. Use subtitles and don't utilize voiceovers because they come across quite cartoonish and disingenuous and fail to reflect the true affect of the person. It separates the emotion for the viewers.

A neighbor of mine in East Boston Ma, has a DB 11 and occassionaly we'd go out in the mornings on a weekend before it got busy and do what I called Tunnel runs. If you know Boston you'd know there are tunnels here. Many of them. Man, that car sounded so throaty and had a nasty growling roar, but in the tunnel it sounded like a monster breaking out of it's chains and getting closer to you at a fast rate.
