  Don't be fooled. All functions such as heart rate measurement, spo2, blood pressure, sleep are fake. There are no sensors on the back, only some LEDs that light up. You can put the watch anywhere, on the table, in the air as it keeps returning some measurements.

  This isn't true, but you're not the first to notice it. Sensors read the reflected signal if there is no blood flow (e.g. table) then they are incorrect. Some smartwatches indicate that they are not on the wrist. But both read the data relatively correctly. Put the smartwatch on your wrist and enjoy its readings, this smartwatch is really good.
