I've been setting mine up today. Use the app for the phone and adjust to your own setting. Eg. Go into app icon and change your glucose settings add before meal reading & highest after meal reading. I'm going to change before meal reading to lowest reading just in case of a hypo. When I tested after 1st change my reading was a lot closer to my normal readings. If I used the default setting on the phone it gave wrong reading. Getting readings closer to my normal readings. Will have to compare with my glucometer to watch. I'm type 2, not as urgent for correct readings as type 1.

I've just set mine up. Reading on watch 5.6. On glucometer 12.6. Don't know if there is a setting to change. It had a clear plastic over sensor, didn't make any difference removing it.
