I don't dislike it necessary and i LIKE to think these guitars are mixed like this on purpose, but jesus christ they are unnerving - and not in any kind of profound, psychological way, just unnerving in the sense: why a good song should overproduce the life out of the guitars? I'm really sorry to see the people copy the gimmickiness of Liturgy and not the actual amazingness

Someone really oughta hire this girl to score an A24 horror movie. Colin Stetson would have some serious competition.

I have yet to listen to this, I’m just scrolling through the comment section to see what people are saying. But holy shit, that comparison right there just made me want to listen to it even more. UPDATE: Listened to it and yeah, I can hear the similarities here and there.

The last time I listened to this song, I had what is probably the ugliest breakdown I have ever had. While listening, it became clear to me how frightening depression and suicide truly are. I felt so scared and vulnerable and I couldn't help but just curl up into a ball and scream and cry. I thought I was doing better, but I've come back here a couple months later and I feel that pain growing once again. Please, don't seriously consider harming yourself or taking your own life. It's so hard just to make it by in this world. If you need a break, give yourself one.

Transcendental on that last song. Prob. Not an album for repeat listens ( cause i don’t think I could listen to dark ambient all the time) but it was amazing.
