This does look amazing, my brother lives in Atlanta. but I live in downtown Chicago, So it's hard for me to really be impressed. however, if I ever did move to Atlanta. This is the area I would go for.

OMG I got 5 big butterflies going up my leg. At the time, a bit of pain, I’m VERY ticklish so it tickled on the 2nd(mid-calf), back of the knee and side hurt like hell and yes the shading hurt then bareable, then hurt lol. But the SPASMS and pain after…BAYYBEEEE I was NOT ready for this and I have 12 tats before this. This was my biggest.

I think the apartment is standard. Too many rooms on each floor. The rooms are tiny and the closet is not walk in. 😂 naw I found an apartment much better that’s close to everything in midtown

The guy who’s showing you the tour is Kyle and he’s absolutely amazing! This is the best location in ATL hands down, but the property is HORRIBLE! I moved here October 2023 and for 6 months, myself and other residents had the worst living experience EVER in my life! The building is CHEAP and poorly designed! I broke out of my lease after threatening to expose them because I found out the truth and my unit was TRASH! This place could’ve been the best in Atlanta , but Jamestown (the owners) dropped the ball tremendously! They should be ashamed. I hope they

We saw your review for Nomia and at that point we were sold. However, we just toured Emmi yesterday and we think it suits our lives better. Nomia was awesome but the gym and pool area were not impressive. Emmi on the other hand, checked all the boxes quite elegantly. It's going to be a hard decision. Both properties are 5*. Which do you like better? We are looking at that exact same F floor plan just a few levels up.
