They’re discounted units for people who make under a certain amount of money. They’re truly a blessing and show that rent is astronomically high for no reason

Wow. I’ve never heard of this before. Definitely something to look into the next time I move. Rent is ridiculous everywhere and especially in Atlanta! 😩

@@Destineyyy oh yes! I literally learned abt it like 1 month before I was moving and plenty of people seem to know about it so there were complexes saying I may not even make the list this year ! Seems like a great program

The guy who’s showing you the tour is Kyle and he’s absolutely amazing! This is the best location in ATL hands down, but the property is HORRIBLE! I moved here October 2023 and for 6 months, myself and other residents had the worst living experience EVER in my life! The building is CHEAP and poorly designed! I broke out of my lease after threatening to expose them because I found out the truth and my unit was TRASH! This place could’ve been the best in Atlanta , but Jamestown (the owners) dropped the ball tremendously! They should be ashamed. I hope they

The music is perfect for Atlanta. I know orthopedic surgeons who play Jezzy in the operating room and lawyers who blast Drake in their Porsches. As a Marketing Consultant who received her MBA from UGA you’re doing a great job and your channel will continue to grow.
