David Ellis: Yawt Yawt

David Ellis: Yawt Yawt

Yawt yawt is a hen yelp with a southern draw. It became my nick name after my turkey hunting platform went viral. So here I am hoping you’ll enjoy my life of hunting, fishing, trapping and anything outdoors. God bless and Jesus loves ya. #yawtyawt

don’t know if I’ve ever seen frogs that big! My husband used to go frog huntin and they never used a gig. They drank a cooler full of beer first! They stayed out all night. He was so drunk and tired one mornin he left them in the toe sack and all the frogs got out by the time he woke up!

If you have an osteopath in your area give them a try. Similar to the chiropractor but they do things way differently. I have a friend that has about 25 percent of his life that it hurts to move. He goes there and that is the only thing that has helped

I'm not sure why your segment appeared on my page, but I'm gaining an abundance of knowledge about wild hogs. I was unaware of their destructive nature. Continue to educate and impart knowledge to individuals who require your aid. I pray that God will keep you and your precious family safe.😊

First time I went froggin barehanded in the Pearl River (the south end between MS and LA) when I was about 13. A bit terrifying to be out there at night and reaching into the great unknown. I was with a crew that was grabbing little gators by hand too. Well, I grabbed my first frog so hard with two hands it peed all over me, but I didn't let go. 😂😂 Oddly exhilarating. My first time being stung by a wasp that night too.

10/02/2023 I had reversed shoulder replacement. That was sometime after two microscopic surgery.well it never felt right. After complaining to the surgeon, the PA, and the RN nurse, I finally got their attention on 01/08/2024, telling them something is wrong with my shoulder. This was by phone. A very good surgeon he replaced my right knee with no problems. Two microscopic surgeries on left knee no problems. Oh I am 73 years old on 01/ 2024 and very active. Anyway the phone call on 01/08 resulted with an appointment on 01/09 joint pain all over, fever, right shoulder very painful. Telling you this to advise you to listen to your body. Doctors an PAs don’t always listen. And to take fluid sample from right shoulder and it looked like pink cottage cheese. Not Good. Samples sent out for cultures. Cultures for 1 day, 2 day, 3 day out and 4 days out. Doctor called me on 01/10/ 2024 one advised me I had a very bad infection. I need to go see my 😢 doctor on 01/11/2024 go to hospital for pre-op stuff. And operated on 01/12/2024. Removed new shoulder installed a temporary replacement called a spacer. Scraped and flushed out very bad infection. Sent home got antibiotics by IV injection twice a day 2 different IV drugs six weeks of injections. Then more fluid samples looked good. Clear and pink. Samples sent out for 1, 2, and 3 week cultures. Looked good. So after 9 weeks, on 04/29/2024 back in the operation room had the spacer removed an a new replacement reversed shoulder replacement was performed. This is now 05/10/2024, shoulder has almost no pain.. I see the surgeon on Friday 05/12/2024. I did all physical therapy at a PT place and at home I have the rope on o pulley, elastic bands, exercise balls and did all require PT. The incisions healed great both times. Point is do all the PT…. If it hurts get the doctors, nurse, physician assistant attention. It shouldn’t hurt enough to make a grown man cry. Follow all directions and don’t over do it. At least 6-12 weeks to heal maybe more for an old fart. Good luck. Also I’m on oral antibiotics twice a day go for six months.
