Has anyone actually tested the durability of HST s cut your way. You seem to find the bias edges a positive, but what is the downside of this reduced stability in the fabric.
Next time i see her racially profiling, I'm gonna sue wayne for PTSD
Appreciate this informative lesson. 40:08
I love the method you used to connect all the different size blocks. Sometimes I have different sizes and it's a puzzle how to connect them, especially when I don't want them to look all the same. Thank you for this video
Good morning my question is what fabric do you use for your design board Tia
Speeding a full day with you learning new tricks
Love the background quilt
My magic button would have more of Michael Miller fabric in my local Joanns ( it's basically the only fabric shop in my area)
Unfortunately, I only have one fabric shop in my area and they don't carry lots of your fabrics. I love your pixelated landscape quilt. It's fabulous
Rob, am just finding your amazing tutorial! I took classes while on an Asian cruise taught by Paula Naidlestern. She has designed fabrics and has museum pieces using this technique with her fabrics.
Stupendous pattern I'm going to attempt this
I absolutely love your videos you explain things in simple terms and I love that you have tons of fun I also adore Michael Miller fabrics. Love love love the colors
No, no, no. Your second method yields hst units with all bias edges. Awful! If you're new to quilting do not do this second method. Get yourself a set of Clearly Perfect Slotted rulers and do it the correct way or you can use the bias line on your ruler to do the same thing if you don't want to buy another ruler.
Y😅ou cu t the pin😅k stuff from the end you didnt iron.
What size ruler are you using ❤
Loved your video and your setup. Very organized and very fun. I will definitely subscribe and use your tips Thanks!❤🎉😊
U r a riot and an inspiration!
I like your explanations of why to do or not do something.
You are such a good teacher, Rob! Oh, we had a wonderful couple days in your hometown area! Met a shop owner who gave us a great lesson on the area.
I can’t wait to make this quilt!! The options are limitless!

Best tutorial I've watched. Interesting and helpful without dragging it on. Thanks Rob, you are the best
I love this strip method and I also love the color way of the grays and black strips on Frye wall behind you. Would you share how you cut/arranged the strips for the gray version? Is it in the purchased pattern? Thanks

My sewing room isn’t big enough because it hast to be in n living room and kitchen space together. I’m in a next generation home with our son and his family but I do have it as my sewing room. That’s why it’s not big enough but I am thankful I have one! Thank you for all your tips 😊
This is so much easier than our grandmothers 😊

Found video while looking for method to calculate what I needed for a mitered corner border...but was thrilled to also find an easier and quicker method for doing the meeting. Thanks so much!
I'm decreasing my stitch length to 2.0 mm; your explanation made sense for me in piecing a quilt top. Question: I make a table runner that is essentially a "flip & stitch" combined with QAYG (so I am sewing on strips but through the batting and backing; it's called Braided Runner (I think); it is my quick "go to" for weddings and house warmings). My question is does the 2.0 mm stitch length work for this when I am sewing through the top, batting, and backing? Thank you for your insights.
Where do you get the kit
Super sir
I learned from Bethany Reynold's book. I've done squares, hexagons and octogons. All types of fabric, just to see what would happen.
electricity is energy. we are energy holders.......?
hi from Kansas City MO in my reading QHHC, I was a frog like character. had a long life, I was in charge of the group. beautiful colors. it was a happy life. cool
A 48” steel straight edge from Lowe’s or HD to keep your strips straight when ironing….works great 😊
So glad that I found your video on how to load Minky on a longarm. It was right before I was to try quilting with Shannon Cuddle for the first time. I was nervous as I began but the fabric loaded well and quilted up beautifully! Thank you for giving me a bit of courage just when I needed it.
yes
I love the different layouts and the bright and bold colors.
The best explanation and demo I've seen of the Log Cabin !
Awesome thanks 😊
Love the orange colors and then when I saw the orange diamond I was really surprised. Thank you so much.
