Wobs it would be nice to know which grease you use and where… like with ti bolts and steel bolts into ally etc! Thanks
We use a range of products but I will add them to the future videos!
Incredible!!
Thanks team!
❤ Thanks for the heads up 😃
No problem 😊
😂 I love that it is the kind of anyone can do it job that draws blood and requires judicial use of hammering force... In a digital age that requires artificial intelligence 😵💫
I loved the tecnosel seat cover. Had it on my works suzuki.
Classic!
Doc, I had no idea this bike was stessing you so badly. I feel bad for harassing you about the magnesuim cartburtator. I apologize sir. Forgive me.
No worries man!
Hey doc were you at farleigh? I did not see vilopoto?
He wasn’t at Farleigh but he will be at Foxhill!
Do you sell that Team Suzuki engine cover ? Congrats on your work and lo e for the two strokes
We do! Thank you!
@@docwobtv is it on your website ?
How to pack an exhaust properly. Would be good. Without a Stanley knife.
Roger!
Done this Tuesday and split the hub ffs 😡
Sorry we only come out on Friday….
@@docwobtv got a spare rear wheel for a '22 Husky for sale Wob 🙄
HI Wob. Anything can be done about a tank that's expanded from ethanol? A 2t piston vid would be ace too.
awesome - going to be a good series
Thanks we think so!
Wheel lacing would he good. Will be attempting my first one in a few weeks. Swapping a KDX200 rear rim from 19" that it came with, to an 18" on the original hub. Never done one before, need to order spoke kit, and then make a start.
Doc has a pair off bearings that he fondles to make nice and shiny .
Wow, shinier the better
I just love your stuff. It's good to hear how you do these things. Thank you.
Glad you enjoy it!
Absolutely loving these how-to videos . And the husky is a beautiful backdrop. Changing out brake and clutch fluid would be very helpful boss. Anything you show us , happy hammer wielding metal munchers is a bonus.
Piece of piss,basic maintenance.
Great suggestion!
Almost there with this one Doc. The engine mounting really looks tidy and right.seeing a bike like this with all the subtle hints of trickery is pure bike porn. Waiting for the mechanical music to play from it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
How well does the AF handle the vibration of the 2 stroke engine? I would think the welds on the AF could come apart?
When i built my kx300af i had a gap between the carb and boot and ended up using stainless steel tube to fill the gap and it actually mad a big improvement to the bottom end power all the way true
Top job matey, your the man 👍🏻
band wagon people haha
We need to see Tommy on a KX500, think you could get him one to try? 😜😜
Dear Suzuki......you haven't been paying much attention to us....but...we still love you.....please give us something...anything to show that you still care!!!
I just love your content. This 2730 was new to me. Always learning. Cheers mate👍
Absolutely fantastic! Well done👍

I knew my yellow 💛 was coming. Yeah Doc 👍 my man !
On the best way!
Quality wobs top job 👍👍
Thank you!!
👌
🙏🙏
To mount the coil in the standard location I had to move the center to center distance of the 2 stroke coil and use spacers to get clearance....but it sure looks good in that location. I mounted the CDI box to the right of the carb under the frame cross member...also looks sano
Thanks for the info
Your work is absolutely empekable!
Thank you!!
You growing weed in there wob?
Not that I know of…
RS - Bearing with rubber seal on one side, one side open. 2RS-double side seal. Bit confusing sometimes 😬😊 But again, thanks a lot.
Hi Rob, could you do fitting a 2 stroke exhaust. What I mean is, say on Tommy's KX250 2001 bike, replacing the O rings, do you fit the copper ring?, new springs, grease, repack the silencer, the best way to join the silencer to the pipe so no leaks, how to keep the pipe looking good etc. etc.. Thanks Michael
Great idea! Will do
The kick mechanism is made to sit still in the engine while beeing able to take the cover off, that´s why the kick and gear lever is coming with the cover, so you need to learn if doing service at the track :) And, you got the wrong hub in the front wheel, you got an -87 hub. 85/86 hub is floating disc. Nothing wonky about a left kicker, if feeling it is problem, you´re not worthy =)
Loves it
love the vids ,,keen to see a two stroke piston vid
What about packing them them with extra grease?
Sweet! Another DOCWOB, I'm from the US and grew up on an IT175 throughout the 80's into the early 90's until I joined our Navy. Within the last few years I got back into bikes and I still have my old IT Yamaha and a couple other Yamaha's from that era. I missed out on a lot. I just happened to come across your channel and totally love it! Dig your cantankerous attitude but your serious knowledge from you and your crew. Your building epic bikes and I've learned alot from you vids. I just wanted to say thanks for your down to earth content and man, I LOVE your Husky 500 CR, I always loved the looks of that eras bikes they built. Cheers from the US!
Thanks for the valuable information!!!
@@joelatkinson2080 thanks!
Oiii ....you've robbed my tool box in background .....😂😂 ...although yours doesn't look like it's been in a motorway crash....
Cheers Doc, awesome video as always! I have mentioned it a couple of times before, but a video on safety/lock wiring would be great. Especially footpegs, I spied some fancy lock wiring on one of your bikes earlier. And also how to replace the rod on a crankshaft would be great.
@@vegardberve Roger Roger !
I just wounder, how did you do to have a cloutch on a older husqvarna to not have a slipping cloutch. A multigreade oil did not work for me.
