Is it possible to create wealth? . Banks lend out nine times the amount of deposits in the bank each year and earn nine times the interest. They create credit, that is, they create money with money. Only those who create money can live as rich as we do. You can earn a lot of money from salaries, lawyer's fees, and hospital bills, but you can't become rich. . This is because everyone lives according to their income, and even if you simply collect money from these things Even if you make a lot of money, you can't say you're rich. That's because it's yours. You can only be rich if you create money, that is, create wealth. . To create money, that is, to create new money like a bank you have to speculate on stocks or apartments. But every time I invested, it broke. . Here's why. If you follow the formula of the Pentagon Investment Formula, 10x in 10 years is always possible. This is the core of my new book, The Hidden History of Wealth Creation, how to get rich investing at age 60. . You should start with stocks, and six months after the stock market explodes, you should buy an apartment, After 2-3 years of stocks and apartments skyrocketing, sell them and do a dollar swap, and sign up for a CD. When the interest rate goes down, I buy government bonds and wait, and a year later, when we have a trade surplus again, I enter the stock market. . It's not time to invest in Treasuries yet. This is the Pentagon Investing Method(Egg theory discarded), and it's the only asset-cycle investing formula. It's been analyzed for 32 years. The success of America's big investor is accidental luck. He only buys stocks of necessities.

In a nutshell what Mr. Wattles didn’t say in 1910 and what modern thinkers today are saying is that by marketing, the thing you want is brought to you and by advertising you receive it. Mr. Wattles, nonetheless, remarked that those particularly in the Health industry would benefit greatly from his advice; yet, I believe his teachings are already being incorporated into modern day lotteries or gambling enterprises: 1). “Essentially, Marketing is the process (Certain Way) used to build business”.- Andrew Griffiths, ‘101 Ways to Advertise Your Business’ 2004 2). “To encourage frequency of Lottery playing offer low cost (use value) game entry and huge jackpot (cash value) rewards”.- Roger Dunstan, ‘Gambling in California’ 1997 3). “State lotteries do not compete head-to-head for lottery business, presenting a unique opportunity for industry cooperation to develop and bring the best games to market”.- Texas Lottery Commission ‘Comprehensive Business Plan (Fiscal Years 2012-2015)’

11:20 to 11:45 is an incorrect statement when it comes to most modern lifetime income annuities. Almost all fixed deferred annuities with a lifetime income rider will have a death benefit if the annuitant dies early.

*I began my investment journey at the age of 27, primarily through hard work and dedication. I am to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.*

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

What differentiates the poor from the rich is what both do with the information they get. While the poor doubt almost all the information they find, the rich get richer by doing things that the poor did not do when they got information. For financial success and investing, always work with a financial advisor who is ready to help you succeed.

I believe the cult of BItcoin is mostly right about the future, they just din't realize that Bitcoin isn't their real messiah. Some coin will become what Bitcoin is supposed to be, while other coins will do other things they're better suited for. Bitcoin may at most be like a worse gold.

My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income...

As a beginner, educate yourself, Learn the basics of investing and the stock market. There are many resources available online, including books, articles, and online courses. It’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different stocks and sectors to minimize risk. I’ve heard of people accruing over $550k during recessions and inflation, its important to do your own research..

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.

I think you might need to note that this video was made before covid, because it's very easy to think that you recommend avoiding to use anti-septics during the massive spread of the pandemic, before we were able to handle it reasonably well. It's important to note that the bear favours are very much about striking a balance as not protecting your kids at all is probably not a great idea nor is coddling them too much.
