dear kazu, upon searching i found out most servos dont last long and heatup while using it as flapping power in ornithopter, one guy said theres a brushless dc motor high speed servo that is the most adequate for flapping without getting warm and has plenty or power but the catch is its expensive , HSB-9370TH servo

I remember about 3 years ago when you attached a multi-rotor drone on a foam model wing or plane that could tilt on elevator axis for forward flight. It was such a great idea, did it not work?

The effect is the same whether the two rear rotors are tilted or all four rotors are tilted.

@@BZH07614 Maybe I'm not explaining the correct video. The entire drone could tilt forward or rearward in the airframe which seemed to reduce air resistance for long range flights. You did it over a grassy field and also achieved vertical takeoff & landing if I remember correctly?

I like flying bird type airplanes with wings instead of drones. FPV on small airplanes that fly with propellers is unstable and difficult to fly. This small FPV plane has stable flight like as QuadPlanes and I can enjoy flying FPV. In addition, the wings seem to give it some buoyancy.

Thank you. When the elevator stick is lowered, the wings on both sides go down, and the center of the flapping is below the CG (the thrust acts below the CG), so the head goes up, creating a loop.

この機体は今でになく、推力があって良く前進しますね。通常の機体のスパーにあたる骨を羽ばたかせて、その しなり具合や翼の被覆の材質によっても変わりそうで・・・ とにかく、パラメータが沢山ありすぎて頭が変になりそうです。 外野ですから言いますけど足を付けて離陸!するのを見たいですな。
ありがとうございます。12年前に製作した機体ですが、健在です。離陸は羽ばたき機ではかなり難しいです。脚で地面を強く蹴ることができる装置を付ければ離陸できます。または、カタパルト。

ありがとうございます。翼の前縁のカーボンロッドを堅牢に組んで作り、後縁はしなやかに煽れるようにロッドを選ぶことですね。翼端を少し後退させるときれいに羽ばたきます。

メーべの飛行は子供の頃からの夢でした。こちらのサイトが後押ししてくれました。ありがとうございます。😀 なんとか飛べるレベルになってきましたが、クラッシュばかりでまだパーフェクトに成功しません。
動画拝見しました。きれいに飛んでいるあとに急に不安定になります。YawAxisが不安定なようです。翼の両端の後縁をねじり上げ(また、両端の翼の上に後縁をねじり上げるようにEPPを貼って厚みをつける)固定すると左右が安定します(ベル型Wing)。サーボを取り付けて動翼にしているようなので、このサーボでねじり上げをつけて固定するといいかも。また、EDFの排気口をしっかりと固定すると飛行が安定します。Servoは翼の上でリンケージして、ElevatorUP時に動翼を上に引き上げるほうが、操縦が安定します。メーベの操縦で左右の動翼はスポイラー的な役割があり、ほとんどが上に上げることで操縦されています。また、下から動翼を押し上げるとリンケージのピアノ線が曲がって動翼が不安定になります。頑張ってください。
ご指摘ありがとうございます。捻り上げは、この翼型のポイントのようですね。大改造になりそうなので、もう少しテストを続けて、今後の機種で取り込み考えたいと思います。動翼の引き上げもあまり意識がなかったです。出来るだけ隠そうという意識が働いていました。 なお、この形は、着陸のたびに前に転がってどこか壊れるのが難点です。八谷さんの実機だと着陸脚のパイプを伸ばして防止してますが、見た目がスポイルされるので、少し微妙でした。着陸前に垂直方向の噴射とか、映画メーヴェのような機能が実装できればいいのですが。(笑)
@TM_river 私の場合は着陸時にEDFのブレードが割れることが多く、少し奥に設置していますが、EDFが後ろになると重心が後ろになって飛ばなくなるのでぎりぎりのところに置いています。メーベでは重心は極端に前にあります。モーター、ESC、RX、LIPOすべて前方に搭載されています。翼端の捻り上げは、TM riverさんの機体ではサーボで簡単に設置できると思います。翼端にスポイラーを置いて両翼端後縁に抗力を発生させると考えてください。安定性が上がると思います。もし、翼を改造するなら、翼端部分をもう少し後退させて後方にねじり上げを作るとPitchAxisの安定も向上します。
ありがとうございます。翼端だけダウンフォースを働かせるのではなく、抗力を発生させるということですね。参考にしたB2スピリッツも翼端スポイラーを少し開いて飛んでいるのですが、飛行安定のためとの記事を思い出しました。着陸時の減速用に、両側の翼端スポイラーは半開、全開にできるようにしています。試してみます。
両側の翼端スポイラーは飛行中に常に効くようにしてみてください。それから、翼端の翼の大きさが小さいように思いますので、もう少し、アニメの感じを損なわない程度の最大の大きさにして、後方に伸ばして(後退翼)、ねじり上げ(効果的にはねじりさげ)をつけるといいかも。
