Everyman dies. But not every man truly lives....What challenge will you take on??
today on "totally unnecessary"
Great video Gary, love flying into Malaga with the woman and our four young kids, we always stay in either ocean house or sol timor, curious of your preference in staying down in benalmadena or montemar, I like the buzz of Montemar but thinking of down towards Benalmadena next
Thanks for this Barry. I still prefer Montemar to Benalmadena and love the Sol Timor for self catering as there are so many food options. Also like the Buensol in Montemar too. Only booked the Bali as I got a good deal and would go again if the deal was right again but I do prefer Montemar.
Good review thanks
Thanks for watching!

McLean reached 88mph judging by the fire trail
Video and sound quality very good. Drone work first class. As I have mentioned previously it is good to see parts of Ireland that do not feature in travel shows. Keep up the good work Gary. Was great to see you both in Torre last week. Cheers.
Thanks for your kind comments. I hope to make a few more videos like this over the summer so keep an eye out. It was definitely good to catch up in Spain. Hope to see you again soon.
Hello Gary! Gary, I just bought a Wolfang GA420 and this is my first action camera. I am having issues with the image stabilization. All my videos have been shaky. I am not sure if I am setting it up correctly or not. Could you explain the steps to go through for quality image stabilization? Thank you for any suggestions. And thank you for your excellent review.
The image stabilisation is accessed by hitting the little cog on the screen and the second item down is the image stabilisation section. Tap it and tap on and that should be it enabled. It helps but it has limitations. I hope this helps.
@@GaryGSF Thanks Gary for your reply. Unfortunately I have done everything that you have stated in turning on the stabilization mode feature and my videos are still very shaky. I thought maybe I had missed something in activating the stabilization mode. I have compared my video clips with others who have posted videos on KZread using the GA420 and the quality of steadiness of my videos is terrible. I just recently contacted Wolfang about this issue, but I have not had a reply back from them yet. Again I really do appreciate your help and instruction. Best regards! Roger
This is a selfish villain. This person has no understanding of public roads.
I was there at York corner , Davey walked away from this crash then went out to win next race . Class
Great save, #16
Great vid Gary. Very informative for folks who are thinking of booking the Bali. The interior of the hotel looks a tad barren and a few wall hangings would improve the overall appearance. Pity about the flights. It is a toss up every time any of us flies to foreign parts. Really enjoyed watching . Cheers
Thanks for watching. The hotel had a few little faults but not in areas that would have taken away from comfort. The flights were poor. I suppose they were budget flights. Still had a good time though.
Good for you Gary been to Benalmadena lol a few times on holiday. Nice beeches a bit stoney and hilly but you will enjoy the craic and food,
It was a great time thanks. For the infirm the hills are a problem but we managed (only just)! Thanks for watching.
Jasus the blue Tayto bag up that side. Decent room over there..jas the food looks great I’ll roll down that hill after a few pints I better get away soon
You can't beat a bag of Taytos !! Food was fine in the evenings but breakfast wasn't great. Slimy bacon and strange sausages. We didn't go hungry though. Thanks for watching.
What a bellend, Mclean should have got a slap for that
NHKをぶっ壊す!
If people are puzzled as to what happened here I can explain. They crashed.
Is that the model with 405mm or 310mm height?
That is the 310 model. Thanks for watching.
Yo ir en 10 dias con mis amigis de escuelaaa🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Have a great time. We did. Thanks for watching.
3rd positioned Guy so bothersome guy
Great footage. I was at University last 3 years and it’s brilliant but thinking about heading down to York Corner next year 😊
York Corner is great but you are well back from the action. I was at a medical post performing Raynet duties so I was a little closer than the spectators. Thanks for watching.
He would never had made that corner if he was all by himself
Amazing bike did not flame on with all that fuel spilled from ruptured tank. Air suits look like they helped.
It definitely could have been so much worse.
Lowside..too much front braking it gave way.
what are the setting you had on, when you were rideing the bike ?
That was 4k 30fps with EIS turned off. I hope this helps.
@@GaryGSF Thank you, will try it
Please start with a Little Drill and Go higher in diameter
Definitely the way to go with the increasing drill bits. I did rush a little on this job. Thanks for watching.
Blast from the past! I remember having this camera. Was pretty great for back in the day!
It was a fab little camera and a game changer for video quality. Thanks for watching.
‘Quick grab the bike’ thinks the quick acting Marshall
The video is a little unfair on the marshal as the medical team stationed on the corner were right behind him.
That's his job, to save the others, there is a medical team right there who are qualified to minimize injuries. Never touch a downed rider, you can increase the rider injuries...
MAN ….Das muss weh tun!
A lot of armchair racer experts in these comments
I'm guilty of being one of them too. Still, it must be challenging approaching the slowest corner on the track on the first lap.
Hey Gary, good to hear the old Norn Iron accent😊 Portadown looks more tropical than up here on the North Coast! Looking at 6 months old BMW 400 GT or pre reg Suzi Burgman as recent knee op & can’t see me ever using my 2019 Honda Super Cub again 🥲 Mind you it has only 124 miles on it 🤩. You seemed to prefer the Bmer due to the clutch engaged at low speed still. Decisions Decisions! Keep ‘er between the hedges big lad 😎
I definitely found the Burgman a challenge as I ride a scooter all year round, since the drive dropped off at approx 18mph. It meant you were coasting around wet corners. Not ideal. The BM has rock hard front suspension which was really uncomfortable around town on our patchwork roads. Much better out of town on A & B roads. The bodywork rattles and creaks were also really annoying. On the upside the BM was the best handling scooter I ever owned. I since traded the BM for a Honda SH350i which I still have and love. It is admittedly not as stylish as both the BM & Burgman but it just works. No rattles or creaks and so much more compliant front forks. It may be a consideration for you as it has a flat platform for getting on and off with your bad knee. Good luck in your purchase and thanks so much for watching my vid.
Geez when he clattered that kerb with his side OUCH! I winced 😫 any faster and he'd have been seriously hurt 😱
The sound was sickening as they came clattering towards me. Thankfully no-one was seriously hurt.
Its not pronunced Dung- low,, its Dun -low
I guess the guy that got hit off was lucky the other guy had the front wash out rather than hitting him with the bike still up (I don't ride bikes, well not with engines)
The one that stayed on (Mike Browne) may have contributed to unsighting the white bike rider (Adam McClean). As I have never raced I too am only guessing. All bikers are warned of target fixation. Thanks for watching.
Ooh that was nasty hope they were both ok.
I think they were both generally fine. One had a hand injury and couldn't race on but the other went out in the next race to take the win. Men of steel.
Man those curbs would be terrifying
There were foam protectors on the kerbs but still they are terrifying.
He got Mcleaned out
I love this, the one downside to the camera is it overheats in really hot coutries where as more expensive camera could take the heat, although its very good kit for the value
I know in hot conditions it can overheat but it's cold enough here. It's a great pocket sized camera. I'm old school too. I still run 4k video cameras mostly when taking video and they never overheat. Only thing is the video cameras have smaller sensors. Thanks for watching.
Still first looking for the Bikes 😂
McClean cleaned him.
I think the first rider to go down was on the brakes a little too hard while leaned over quite a bit. I think his front tire washed out and he slid into the other rider bringing him down also. I'm glad no one was seriously injured!
It definitely as you described but also Mike Brown run in a little fast and run on. The white bike may have been following him but committed to the corner rather than overshooting. As you say the main thing is they were ok after it.
The guy with the orange vsst runs over to see if...........THE MOTORCYCLE IS OK????? What about the poor chap that fell of it????? 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
It looks that way on the video but if I included a little more footage you'd see the medical team right behind him. Thanks for watching.
Enjoyed the video thanks. Motorcycle footage would be nice.
I don't understand why that dude lost control of his motorcycle. That was a rather routine turn at a normal speed.
I totally agree.....pigs refuelled and ready for take off. Great comment.
Mike Browne made some comeback from that............
Brave lads
Mike Browne was 21st after that incident and finished 4th. That is incredible riding
Even mounted the kerb
Superb Gary. Great to see local man on location, rather than the the TV capture KZreadrs pretending to be there !! 👍👍 that was a superb week of racing… Lee Johnson was fantastic on comentary
It was a great event this year. Thanks for your kind comments. I agree that the beeb covered the event very well and had great pundits on board.
This is exactly what computer kids grow up to do. They have no real life experience of what white paint can do to careers. These races must be given a permanent ban. These guys don't know that half of high performance is SLOWING DOWN. HALF of a straight road IS designed for SLOWING DOWN. CLEARLY if he's fallen down then he's gone passed his braking zone by about 50 metres. For THAT pathetic performance, he MUST be removed from the race, given a beat ing and a stiff talking too.
So unlucky for 16 on the outside, I think its Browne, He would have had a great race, Thanks for the video Gary 🔥❤
