Hello my name is Joey and I started JTS customs in 2017!
together with my brothers we like to work on cars and drive them. back in 2015 it started with a Fiat Coupe 16V Turbo and from there we grew to what we are today. Most of our skils are self thought like wrapping cars, window tinting, installing exhaust and more. We wont stop here and will continue to have fun and learn along the way.
Join us on our journey and enjoy the videos.
If you have any tips or suggestions, let us know!

Grande lavoro!!
Kan je de armleuning achter ook los vervangen als die stuk is? Moet heel de achterbank er dan uit?
@@Gubsies ik vrees dat je daarvoor de achterbank er wel uit moet halen. Die zit er namelijk vast in
@@jtscustomsNL ah ok. Daarna is het wel mogelijk. Het is een los onderdeel? Thanks!
Can I send you my A5 and you can do this for me? no joke.
@@DeinosAres epic question😅 sadly I dont have the time for that.
@@jtscustomsNL sad day hahah

@@njfr9389 thanks! There is a dedicated video of the exhaust with links to the parts!
Brilliant cars. The Fiat 16 valve turbo engine is the same Lampredi engine as the legendary Lancia Delta Integrale
Is this rear wing actually from 718(982) cayman gt4?
@@it.couldbe no this is the TechArt wing for the 981, the GT4 wing looks different and is mounted different
is this rear wing actually from 718(982) cayman gt4?
Hello, no this one is for the 981, its the TechArt spoiler type 2. This one is also available for the 718. The GT4 wing looks different.
I kept my turbo plus all original and never regret selling any car like my coupe 😢the gentleman who bought her mod it to 380hp on the wheel!!!
@@shelbygtsoo sometimes I also think about building it back to original 😅 but I think i am to far gone…
what type of socket do you need for the seats??
@@raftyy__ I sadly dont remember but I think it was a star pattern socket. VAG cars often use them
Hi, are the wheels you installed Cesam 17"?
No they are wolfrace triad 17”
Hi Joey, my name is Sabatino. Congratulations on your videos and the results you've achieved with your car. I would like to ask if, since you treated the front headlights, they have remained shiny and clear, or have you had to redo the treatment to restore their transparency?
Hello! They are still clear! But this is mostly due to the fact that I maintain the headlights with wax and keeping it out of direct sunlight
@@jtscustomsNL How do you do it? Do you only use it at night?
@@Prexionesonora no storing it in my garage
👍👍👍
The beginning and then the send off as the night ride I need to do a car shoot sometime too

Thanks for this recap video. What's next???
Something cool, something smaller and something special😉
Was looking forward to watching the video however; as an auld guy I could not stand the horrendous music lol! Lovely car!
Well a small tip, mute the sound and put on some music of your desire and enjoy 😌😌
@@jtscustomsNL😂exactly ahahah nowadays people are really weird.
Honestly wouldn’t a good condition one be cheaper than this with two replacement engines
Well where is the fun in that😜
Congrats man! Thats a lot of work and passion that you`ve put in this piccolo ferrari :) Since 2016 I`ve also been working on restoring my 20VT. With some major mechanical issues out of the way and the car now reaching 300-ish hp i was getting ready to paint the whole thing this year but a blonde chick drove a new mercedes right into my Coup ass two months ago...
Nooo way! That sucks man! Can it be fixed?
Amazing and great great great job! Congratulations for results and your immense passion! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you!
A great job. Congratulations.
This is the biggest project, I’m a car guy and will start this series today :)

Hello, I can try to help! This VAE valve is really bad, but it is only used for cold starts and air conditioning, the idle speed has a screw on the throttle body that needs to be adjusted. Regarding the brakes, remember to bleed all the calipers and even bleed the clutch actuator, as this will ensure that there is no air in the system. The TPS sensor can be adjusted to have more idle speed and also more or less power in the engine, it is not the cause of the idling problem, but test it with the multimeter on the ohm scale and see if the resistance is continuous, without any errors on the tracks within the TPS. The relief valve is connected to the vacuum hose that goes to the intake manifold, if so, that's correct. Well that's it for the moment, I have the same engine but it has FuelTech 500 which helps a lot with the setup, especially the turbo. Good luck, I hope I helped with something! Att. Jefferson Sorry for any writing errors, as I don't know English.
Wow!! Haha you say you dont know english and smash out this awesome explanation! Thank you very much for the tips!
Hello, congratulations on the excellent video! I'm in Brazil and I was looking for a video like yours, and I have a doubt, since I'm far away, I need to cover the oil gallery, I was thinking about placing the piece itself with Loctite, with the holes outside the gallery location , keeping in mind that the smooth part of the bushing would block the oil passage. Do you believe this could work? Thank you very much in advance!
Thank you very much! I would not advice to do that, you will need to hammer them out and you can garantee that it will seal correctly. You can buy the kit at Projoe.com

@@maryellis3661 haha no its connected to the frame, its just hanging out trough the grill
Can the crankshaft of the 1.8 be machined? I know the one on the 2.0 16v shouldn't be as the hardened layer is too tin. Did the engine last after the repair?
We brought it to a specialist workshop and the engine is still going strong💪😁
Netjes gedaan 👏👏
Dankjewel!!
Hello from Brazil! My brother and I have two yellow coupes. We are also in the quest to make it as pristine as possible. Great videos

you have spare parts from the older seats? Like the side plastic covers to sell? I also spotted you in a video or two about the viva Italia event, your coupe is so recognizable 🔥🔥 now is a beauty, i notice that you put the standard tail lights back in place, nice i prefer them
Hey, no i will not be taking the seats apart.. sorry. Maybe I will sell them as a pair. Yeah I prefer the oem lights aswell!
@@jtscustomsNL i swapped the rear turn signal lens in my coupe (all 4 red) , but I had to remove the reverse gear light and move it to the plate lights
@@sknuit1628 that sounds like a cool upgrade. But that would not be allowed here in the netherlands
These are great cars, I have 2 20vt's. I like how where you are these are appreciated, where I live no one cares. NZ has no car culture of taste. Thanks for posting the car out and about, looks cool, Chris Bangel signed off on some really stunning and different cars. I have a few others as well, these cars are unique in a SUV cookie cutter EV world. All I can say is keep doing what you are doing... thumbs up from me.
Thank you so much! You either love the design or you dont. We also have a lot of people here who dont 😅 but we stand together with a group of lovers!
Yeah, I am so nuts that I just brought an Alfa Mito QV, and find the driving experience very similar, except the Coupe has that glorious 5 cyclinder note... Would love an Alfa with that Busso V6 engine it... Do you have any further projects in mind?
@@kevinjekyll1521 my mind is full of project. Like swapping an differant engine in it. V6 busso, v8 maserati or 3l inline 6 bmw 🤣🤣

After putting the lettering on the caliper’s following up with a clear coat to make sure the lettering doesn’t peel over time is the best way to secure the Porsche logo on the caliper’s.
Seen a couple of people do it and the clear didnt really stick to the decal and peeling of just as hard. Even seen some cases where the clearcoat even reacted to the decal and making a mess. So I chose to do it like this and see how long its stays on. So far its pefect😅 thanks for the tip though! Really appriciate it!
@@jtscustomsNL No it’ll stick u gotta apply before the paint fully dry then the lettering then the clear coat. But if you’re happy that’s all that matters. Great job n vid
It runs?? 😮😮
Yess, more on that soon!😏
@@jtscustomsNL ohhh yessss!!!
Hello Mate , chnage olil put 10w50 or 10w60 ( in origin the engine was running 10w40 not 5w40 that`s for the modern cars, the engine is running in this way also for this issue )PS email were sent , have a good one
Hello Mate i have a Coupe with your same setup and I am machcanic , you have one piece mounted wrong that could create this issue , ( in your intake manifold on the left side ,you have the air sensor hidle that should mounted in horizontally and not vertically ) check the manual ( if not clear I can send you an email with a pic how should mounted) PS don`t forget to map the car with the test bench , Good luck , enjoy your time
Heyy mate! Thanks for the tip! Do you mean the air temperature sensor on the back? If you want you can send me a mail at [email protected] thank you so much!!
@@jtscustomsNL i will send you an email with some pic with your setup and mine don`t worry
really enjoyed watching this :) Keep going you'll solve it! If restoring a car was easy everyone would do it.
Thanks for the kind words! Someday it will be done!
Wish i had one.. Even if it doesnt run 🤣🤣🤣.. Good luck bro 🤞🍀👏👏
Also... I dont want to pretend to be smart.. I bet u did much more on cars than i did.. But i just went threw all or your coupe project videos... When u switched to kappa manifold..i didnt notice that u closed those 2 extra wacum lines that manifold had.. Or u just didnt mention it in video..if not mybe try with that.. Might be the issue 😅
Haha thanks for the tip! I closed them on purpose because I removed the fuel vapor recycling. The more I investigate the problems the more I think of reinstalling it. So you may be right😅
