As a SCAD survivor of 20 years I have been waiting for this information for two decades because I could find nothing to explain my artery dissection and my doctors despite many tests could offer no constructive help either. I now know what happened to me and feel somewhat reassured there are others with the same experience. I am one of the lucky ones - now 70 still healthy and no further issues.

Don't dismiss, discuss! Symptom recognition and a thorough patient history are vital in catching spontaneous coronary artery dissection before heart damage occurs. #SCADheart
