Arc'teryx

Arc'teryx

Delivering unrivalled performance, Arc'teryx quality conveys absolute confidence. Pursue Perfection.

Arc'teryx was born and raised in Canada, with its Head Office located in North Vancouver and proprietary manufacturing facilities in Burnaby, BC.

Beginning with harnesses in 1991 and moving into apparel in 1998, the single-minded application of designing the lightest, best performing, highest quality products lead a revolution in performance outdoor equipment.

Function is our primary initiative. Designs are streamlined, architectural & enduring. In-house manufacturing facilities allow the development of radical shifts in construction technologies and many Arc'teryx developed construction innovations are now perceived as standard.
Materials are created and customized in combination with our long standing fabric partners.

The future holds unknown horizons. What began as an innovation company remains an innovation company.

Evolution in action.

Absolutely stupid that returns are not allowed. Sizing changes year by year, and product line to product line. I wear a 28 Short in men's pants but have only had 1 pair of Arc pants actually fit me in that size. Love these products, but they are not cheap and to take a couple hundred-dollar gamble on something that may or may not fit is absurd! Take a lesson from Patagonia's Worn Wear and allow for refunds on used items bought online!

In this video, sometimes, the quickdraws are clipped into the rings, sometimes into the bolts. What is the recommended way?

This was filmed in Asheville, NC which is beautiful. I don’t think it’s appropriate for the horse rider to be wearing running shoes, it’s dangerous, as your foot can slip through or out of the stirrup causing you to lose your seat in the saddle.

Hey there - at about 8:48 in the video you can get a clearer look at our stirrups. We use cages (basically a plastic protective piece) to prevent our shoe from going through the stirrup - generally however you are correct that shoes should have a good heel for horse riding to prevent the shoe from sliding through and getting caught potentially causing the rider to get dragged by a runaway horse in an emergency situation.

I really enjoyed this film. I watched as a fan of Arcteryx, but was happily surprised to see a man I once worked with, appear in the vintage Ride and Tie clips. He was a good man, and loved telling us about Ride and Tie in the 1990s. Great to see it thriving.

MashaAllah. Well done muslim hikers and Arcteryx (I'm a muslim and have been wearing your shoes for the past few years now - so comfy). Sorry that you seem to have offended some of the people watching. Maybe they'll have to go back to Sports Direct for a bit of Regatta and Karrimor 😂

I guess this is Arcteryx's way of showing their support for Jew Haters and Haters of the West. Good news is this group is based out of England, a country certainly not famous for its outdoors but famous for its love for jihadist murderers. Good news is I have yet to meet a radical jidahist in the mountains of the American West where I lead a group called JEWISH HIKERS.

I can't believe Arcteryx has stooped this low. It's absolutely disgraceful to see a company I once respected leverage a political agenda as a mere marketing tool. This is a shameful exploitation of serious issues for profit, and it completely alienates your loyal customers. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted. This is the final straw-I'm done supporting Arcteryx.
