  @@drsanketpisat ok what bout a lesion of around 24 cm in the abdomino pelvic region which is well lobulated. Plus we can see nodules around it and the peritoneal is thick..the patient had a history of intramural fibroids 2 yrs back and the latest MRI shows these findings.. can u remove it via laparoscopy.   HI SIR I have a question What I get from ur chart is that whosoever is desirous of fertility should undergo laparoscopic correction irrespective of RMT (COZ even if RMT>3 MM-future rupture can occur) so in type 1,endogenous scar pregnancy,RMT>3MM-(DESIROUS OF FUTURE PREGNANCY)-HYSTEROSCOPY WE DO.. BUT SINCE NICHE IS STILL THERE AND WE HAVENT CORRECTED IT...ISNT THERE HIGH CHANCE THAT PREGNANCY AGAIN WILL BE THERE AT NICHE?? SO DOESNT SHE REQUIRE SCAR STRENGTHNING??

  First of all, remember that the flowchart is for isrhmocoele and not scar ectopic pregnancy. Having understood that, Yes anyone with niche wanting pregnancy requires lap correction. Hysteroscopic correction will merely deepen the inferior shoulder to ENLARGE the defect, thereby curing the AUB. It has nothing to with strengthening the scar for a future pregnancy. It is indicated in patients with AUB who are not desirous of pregnancy.
