    @@nanapoku5259 you can make without the cognac, or add beef stock instead. It will taste great from all the pan dripping and cream. Also adjust the seasoning at the end/ salt and pepper 👍🏻

    Mushroom and cognac creamy sauce makes this steak and fries dish and adds just the perfect touch. You will need : 2 pounds beef tenderloin 12 oz. Baby Bella mushrooms mushrooms sliced Into thick slices 1/4 cup cognac 1 cup of heavy whipping cream Salt and pepper to taste 60 g butter 3- 4 tbsp olive oil Preparation: Slice the beef tenderloin into 1 inch slices against the grain. Season both sides with salt and coarse black pepper. Place on a kitchen paper towel and let it sit on the countertop for about an hour. Heat a large cast iron pan to high temperature , then add the oil and butter. Sear the beef and make sure not to over crowd the pan. I suggest cooking to 155-160 degrees F for a medium intarnal temperature. Remove from the heat and keep the leftover pan drippings. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook on high heat until nice and golden. Season with salt and coarse black pepper. Add the cognac and let it cook off and evaporate. Add the heavy whipping cream and let it cook down and coat the spoon nicely. Spoon over the steak and enjoy. Helpful tips; use your judgement and adjust the salt, pepper seasoning for the sauce. If the sauce is too thin cook more to reduce and add a touch of cold butter.     Who knew Panera is the easiest to make at home. It’s the perfect breakfast souffle recipe, so light, good and much cheaper to make at home. The result is more impressive than you think. INGREDIENTS: for the egg mixture; 7 extra large eggs/ 68 g each 1 tbsp fresh chives 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for the bechamel; 1 cup milk/ warm 60 g butter unsalted 5 tbsp all purpose flour 1 cup roughly chopped baby spinach 1 cup shredded fontina cheese 1/2 cup gruyere cheese you can use mild cheddar instead 5 thin slices of bacon 1/2 cup sweet bell pepper PREPARATION: Chop roughly the spinach and dice the bell peppers. Set aside, then crack 7 large eggs, season with the salt, pepper, cayenne and chives. Whisk the eggs for 2 minutes then set aside. In a pot melt the butter, add the flour and cook for a minute. Add the milk and mix until it comes to a boil and thickens. I’ll leave the link in my profile ☝🏻☝🏻 In a separate small bowl add 1 tbsp of the bechamel, then 1-2 tbsp of the egg mixture. Whisk together then add to the bechamel and mix it in. Now add the rest of the egg mixture to the bechamel and whisk until creamy and smooth. Prep the 9 inch dish with some oil or butter, grease the inside well. Add egg mixture, add more cheese and top with slices of bacon. Sprinkle wit black pepper and bake at 385°f for 30-35 minutes or until golden and nicely puffed. Serve warm and enjoy.     Here’s another great quiche, potatoes, cheese and bacon, what’s not to like? You will need: 8 large eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp green onion or chives 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup grated gruyère cheese 1/4 cup fontina cheese 1/2 cup milk or you can use heavy whipping cream/ I used milk for the eggs. For the potatoes, you will need: 1 russet potato/ 240 g 1 sweet potato/ 225 g 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp paprika pepper 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese 1/4 cup fontina cheese 6 thin slices of precooked bacon 2 tbsp fontina cheese for the topping Preparation: Start by washing, peeling and slicing the potatoes on the thinnest setting Place in boiling water for only 1 minute. Remove, drain and set aside to cool. Meanwhile whisk the eggs with the seasonings, heavy cream and cheeses. Whisk very well and pour into a well greased 9 inch cast iron or any pie dish. In the same bowl place the cooled potatoes seasoning, heavy cream and cheeses. Mix gently and add on top of the egg mixture. Top with chopped bacon and fontina cheese. Bake at 320 degrees F for 35 minutes or until mixture is set completely. Serve with your favorite salad and enjoy.     I followed your recipe exactly. Unfortunately mine deflated whenI tried to remove it from the mini muffin pan. It was also not airy like yours. The top of the bread was heavy and doughy while the bottom was airy. I sprayed the pan very well but it still stuck to the pan. Please help! What did i do wrong?

    @@KimberlyTam-y9e and some more tips for you, you can maybe use an egg at least 75 g in weight and try baking at a slightly higher temperature like maybe 425 degrees F 👍🏻

    My golly gosh! Amazing recipe! But I suggest you coat it in some beer after the cooking is done but if your kids have the brisket too maybe save some without the beer 😂

    Litterally just seasoned it and resting it before i throw it in the convection oven. i love moxing seasonings so im trying smoke paprika, onion, garlic, salt, peper, and some taco seasoning! looking forward to the results later!

    This is how you make the easiest healthiest salmon dinner in minutes INGREDIENTS: 1 pound asparagus 680 g cherry tomatoes 1 1/2 pounds salmon filet skin removed the juice of 1 lemon the zest of 1 lemon 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp honey salt to taste 3 tsp black pepper 1 tsp dill 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning Preparation: Slice the salmon into 2 inch cubes Add the salt, pepper and rest of the seasonings.     This egg soufflé dish is healthy, high protein, light and fluffy all at the same time. It’s all in the technique of cooking low and slow, so good and worth a try. You will need: 6 large eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper 1/4 cup whole milk 1/2 cup whole milk cottage cheese 2 tbsp spring onion 1/4 cup tiny baby tomatoes/ optional 7 inch baking dish 1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese Olive oil or butter to oil the dish Preparation: In a clean bowl add the eggs, salt, pepper, milk, cottage cheese, spring onions and baby tomatoes. Whisk very well until mixture is very runny. Place in a greased baking dish and bake inside a water bath for an hour at 320 degrees F. Remove and top with fontina cheese/ optional. Use a torch to melt the cheese and enjoy the delicious fluffy egg dish with salad or I.
