We have a BIG ISSUE in this country with women's health care. I'm in the process of reaching out to every doctor I can. I have multiple symptoms and they have found a cyst and polyps but Noone is taking it seriously. It's really disgusting how women are treated. If you catch it early, it's à life or death difference

I really hope you’re doing well. Omg! What a video! You’re explaining, just like it is. This is my third cancer. We’re in this together, we’re warriors fighting this terrible disease. I feel exactly like you! Mentally and physically exhausted. Everyone going through this is on my prayers.

Vegans and meat eaters both get cancer. Eat what you like because we all die! Live life to the fullest and be happy. If being a vegan makes you happy then more power to you! Take care!

Yeah except when you look at the vegan KZreadrs you'll see a lot of them have battled cancer or died of cancer in the last 5 years. More so than others.

Thank you. Had my second treatment five days ago. I had the restless legs too, last treatment. My care team doesn't tell me much at all. I also have the neuropathy. it's more debilitating than the digestive issues and fatigue. You provide more information than my care team. I have stage 4b endometrial cancer. You're fortunate to be at the Mayo clinic. i'm in Arkansas and it's horrible. I'm requesting stuff for my palliative because they won't do much. I'm alone in this state and hoping to get back to Western NY to be near family and far better cancer treatment. I hope I make it to November. As you know, some days I feel I've got years and can't wait to camp and hike. Other days it doesn't feel I'll make it a month. Listening to you describe the side effects helps so much and give me hope.

These are some great ideas. I'm on day 5 of my very first Mary's Mini. I had chosen rice as my starch. Next time I will be doing potatoes, and will be taking on your ideas. Thanks for these super helpful videos. I really feel it's helping to reset my stomach issues, and i feel lighter also which is a plus.

Dear Brian and Jessica, I just saw this and took note of it and wanted to send it to you guys. There's a tea called Genmaicha tea. It contains ECGC, which is known for suppressing cancer growing cells. It's recommended that anyone who is undergoing cancer surgery drink this tea before and after the cancer surgery as it is believed to significantly lower the risk of cancer's reoccurrence. You can type in Genmaicha tea benefits and read the same thing I did from AI's description. I thought of you guys right away and wanted to make sure you got the information. God bless you all. ❤

Your mums hair is fine & I know she is fine with it as she looks like a lovely lady. Did anyone tell you a lot of females with thick hair start to loose their when they go through menopause. I’m hoping that when I loose my hair with stem cell treatment it will grow back thick, no grey just white & I don’t mind some curl🤞🏼😬

Thank you for the update; I am so glad you are doing well. I'm also wowed by the commentors who had positive outcomes following renal cancer. My spouse is just finishing up immunotherapy to treat stage 4 lung cancer that metastasized to his brain. After surgery, radiation, chemo, and now immunotherapy he is doing well.

Hi, Krocks, just stopping in to say hello. This comment isn't about your health, although I wish you well, of course. I have been meaning to tell you that I hope you eventually make more videos because of the stunning quality of your work. Your videos are so nice to watch, so clear and steady, and I really enjoyed them. So, I know it may be a while, but I would love to see a video made by you on your next sojourn to a city, or even the countryside. I want you to exercise that skill, because you are brilliant at it. All the best, Sally.

Vitamix makes a stainless steel container, which gives me gooey, warm peanut butter whenever I make peanut butter. However, I usually have to warm up the peanuts in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°F, since room temperature peanuts overheat the motor, forcing the blender to need to cool down. If you want raw almond butter without having to add oil, I would lightly toast/warm your almonds in the oven, as opposed to straight up roasting them, if you want to keep that raw flavor. Additionally, I would suggest soaking your almonds overnight for 8-12 hours to wash as much phytic acid off as possible, also to soften the almonds to get a creamier consistency almond butter.

I am glad that you got that bad kidney out of you and you can just get well and be well. Back in February I started exercising on a regular basis. I joined a gym and I really didn’t have a lot of confidence that I would stick to it and neither did my husband I found out later but I did even though I started kind of slow and I worked myself up to 20 miles a day about 3 to 5 days a week. I need to do different things in the gym and I’ve done a few, but nothing systematically. I’m really not giving myself a hard time about it because I’m really proud of myself for my 20 miles when I do them. I do feel better for doing the exercise just because it’s a challenge I made myself and then I accomplished it. I have never been a competitive person but it turns out that give me an app that’s telling me what it takes to be active and I will take that challenge. Who knew? I hope that all the things that you do to make yourself feel better work and that you accomplish your goals and maintain your good health. I’m glad your family is doing so well now and I hope that you have no more drama and just get to live your lives and be happy.

Just found your video and I see you posted it 5 years ago. Still, it’s inspirational. Both of you are inspirational. Had trouble sticking to this way of eating, but definitely helps when your partner is willing to eat the same way. Thank you!
