  😂😂😂😂 this video is the biggest joke. Both battleships suppose to do military exercise at the area whereby the China and Philippines crash happened two weeks ago. As soon as the incident happen, both country battleships wrap up the exercise way ahead of plan and quickly sail to north. At the time, Philippine made announcements on the incident and reported the Navy Seal lost the thumb both battleship is in South Korea and Japan, far away from the area. 😂

  This Ruling...now, it is my understanding the "...each incident..." is to be adjusted separately. IF a defensive act takes place, International communications will inform China that Financial Courses of action will take place. This includes boarding Vessels, no matter what Flag they are sailing. A Notice to The U.K. of HSBC-Group(It's Headquarters) will prepare measures for suspension of business of its Chinese Subsidiaries. And, "...further actions..." may take place due to a "Foreign Power" creating unlawful instructions in a open waterway. Also. China will be held responsible for fees, fines, for harm due to such activities that have been previously determined to be in violations of Maritime Law. * This is NO WAY to be construed as a Polity or political in Nature. Duress or Restraint Of Trade is noteworthy yet non-applicable...SO FAR! WE hope missels are not sent on a trajectory directly to The Sovereign of The Philippines. Contingency Plans hopefully are Codified and in force. No advanced warning seems to be the military environment. This is a point that I sincerely hope is openly admitted. If so, then, no warning need be. Given military hardware is present, hostilities can exist to counter-measure and aggressive act of first performance. Cowardice, as to retreat to domestic territory of China after an unlawful act means "The Pre- established notice serves as setting the term for repelling and hostile act by an aggressor.
